BUDGET TRUCK RENTAL

When I picked up the truck, there was a young teen girl at the counter. She asked if I could pick the truck up the next day because no one was around that knew how to do the paperwork for the truck rental. I told her that I had people waiting for me and there was no possible way that I could delay my move a day because of them. She then had to call someone to walk her through the process. She also told me that the gas gauge on the truck was broken and assured me the truck was full of fuel. As I drove the truck only 29 miles, I noticed the gas gauge was not broken and it took over 15 gallons of gas and the gas gauge read full when I returned the truck. When I turned in the truck I was over charged for the rental. When I called Budget's customer service line, I was told to fax my information to them and they would respond in two weeks. It has been over a month and I still can not get anyone to even look at my case, let alone refund me the overcharges.
