The process went really well - selection, measuring, scheduling, and installation. They made it easy and painless. Allowed us to take multiple samples home. Once we made our selections, the manager Steve Baker came to our house promptly to measure the two rooms, and did it after hours when we would be home, making it convenient on us. Ordering was a breeze, the carpets were in and ready for install within the timeframe we were told. Both carpets were installed in the same week. They did a superior job. The carpet looks great! They hauled away the old carpet when done. It could not have been easier to work with them. I highly recommend working with them for your carpet and flooring needs.

I have not rescheduled as there is no quarantee that anyone would turn up or that future work would be completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

The installation was smooth and the carpet was a great price. But they lost our payment (check)! They called us for another payment and pressed for a credit card. We had to put a stop check on the first payment and drop off a second check payment. When I tried to find out how this happened, and they explained that was probably lost in someone's purse -- but don't worry, this person is trustworthy. When I pressed for more details they explained that the person was the manager's sister and introduced me to the manager. Like that makes me feel better? Good price, good installation, but shoddy/weak/strange business practices. No way would I give them a credit card number. Second check has cleared and I do wonder about the first check.

Everything was very professional and I would use them again.

Great--professional, good work, great carpet, good price. My only complaint: I was scheduled for an afternoon installation and they insisted on coming in the morning because it worked best for them. This put me in a bind.

All questions were answered to my satisfaction. Salesman from Mostellar Road location came out to measure room. Initial measurements taken were not perpendicular to the wall thus giving inaccurate measurement. When questioned about this technique, the salesman stated "the measurement would be close enough because we add extra to the dimension anyway". After continued questions about his technique, the salesman re-measured the room using the proper technique. Still waiting for cost information for the second carpet.

It was excellent. The kitchen is kind-of broken up and they used one piece to do the whole thing. There are no seams throughout the whole floor. They did a really beautiful job.

They were a middle of the road service company with middle of the road product, with decent pricing. They got the job done, were basically on time (maybe 1/2 hour late) and did a decent job. The carpet is tight but the edges are a little frayed after a year(could be the carpet type). Altogether, I got the feel that I got carpet from a business that was trying to lay the most carpet the could to make the most money they could, and customers were on their priority list, just not as high as profit. Since then, I have found better options for my carpeting needs.

The experience was great- the carpet looks wonderful & it was an easy process all around. The carpet dried in a day & very few of the stains returned.

THE WORK WAS FINE. IT WAS THE FOLLOW-UP THAT WAS BAD. I HAD 5 PROMISES OF THEM TO COME BACK AND THEY DIDN'T. I GAVE UP AND CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH.
