+ -1 moreTOLD ME INSTALLATION FOR A NEW SYSTEM WAS FREE, THEN CHARGED ME $200. RESPONDED WELL TO SEVERAL FALSE ALARMS. FAILED TO ALERT FIRE DEPARTMENT WHEN I NEEDED IT. CALLED NEXT DAY TO ASK IF I KNEW MY SMOKE DETECTORS HAD GONE OFF.
Description of Work: AT INSISTENCE OF THE COMPANY; ENTIRE SYSTEM REPLACED (MONITORING SERVICE).
