Bob Brockhage planted 12 Spruce treess on two jobs for me during September of this year, 2013.The first time Bob planted ten trees, one was so thin , midsection of tree is even missing branches, a credit from Bob was issued for one tree as restitution. When I used my "credit, Bob chose a worse tree to compensate..a tree that has one side full of dead wood throughout whole torso of side facing the street, showing green only on the tips of its branches . Bottom line , the tree replacing a tree must now be traded out for a healthy tree. Bob's pricing for the trees themselves is loosely competitive but his quality is substandard. No excuse, terrible lapse of professionalism to credit a tree with another that is itself much worse than a c- grade tree that the second one was intended to replace. I could go on about the excessive charges for services associated with the plantings themselves. Though the tree price might be fair if only the quality were not so consistently below average, associated expenses charged are so high as to be without justification. This business is without work ethic, charging the customer all the market will bear, but quality and service is pathetically bad. Not Recommended!. Stay away.
