It didn't.
Description of Work: Needed 5 pieces of furniture moved from one floor of an office to another. Scheduled 2 weeks + out and they didn't show (or call), rescheduled and again they didn't show or call - no answer when called to find out why.

Description of Work: Moved our large furniture & boxes. We only moved down the street, but we both houses are on hillsides, requiring everything to be moved up & down steep stairs. The house we moved into had a 3rd floor & several large/heavy pieces needed to be taken up there. Bridges did a great job. Staff were very courteous & professional. I referred them to a friend that used them several times & said she wouldn't use anyone else!

They were terrific. Jay Bridges called me early to tell me they would be delayed but it wasn't a significant amount of time. There were some oversights on Legacies' part: the original hardware for assembling the bed was missing but Jay thought he had the requisite pieces in his truck--which he did. They moved everything with great care (there were two men), including taking the old bedroom furniture to the garage. When they discovered that the bed didn't come with the correct slats, they went back to Legacies to bring the correct size. They were polite, conscientious, and great to work with. They didn't charge extra for going back to pick up the slats. I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: I purchased furniture at Legacies in Hyde Park Plaza and Legacies recommended this company. The Bridges brought the furniture to our home, moved the old furniture out and set up the new pieces.
