Very poor experience. They did not do the carpet cleaning when we renewed lease last time. Now when renewing the lease this year again requested for the same. This time they said they have a long queue and need to contact them again after lease has been renewed. We are making this request since last year and they did not give any importance for that. They are trying to add in the queue after 1 month and then wait for ever. Very unprofessional behavior. The lady at the lease office is very rude. She does not know how to behave with people.
Description of Work: The lease office was contacted repeatedly for carpet cleaning but they did not act on it. We renewed the lease last year but they never informed about the carper cleaning option. When we got to know about this after 3 months and contacted them, they said the opportunity was over and even when making requests for our baby they did not listen to us.
