Boone Fabrics Inc

On July 23, I went to Boone's fabric to inquire about getting curtains made from fabric that I owned. The lady that helped me determine sizes for the shade that I wanted. She told me it would take 4 weeks to make the curtain. I paid for half of the price as a down payment. I called to check on my curtain 5 weeks later as I had not heard from anyone. I left a message on the answering machine about my inquiry. I didn't receive a phone call back a week later, so I called back. The person told me that my curtain would be in the following Saturday. I called on the Saturday that I was to pick it up to make sure that it was in. I was told that my curtain was still in the warehouse as the person was too busy to pick it up through the week and that she would not be able to pick it up until the middle of the following week. When I voiced my displeasure about the customer service that I was receiving throughout the whole process, the manager told me that she was training many new people and that she needed to train them on following up and how important that was. She apologized that I was lost in the shuffle. I do not have the curtains yet, so I cannot speak to the quality.
