Description of Work: When we redid a small bathroom in our 1930's cape, we went to Bona to get a pedestal sink and matching fixtures for an old tub. The entire staff was very helpful and patient with all the questions we both had. My husband and I never regretted any of our decisions because of the help from Bona. We went back a couple of years later when we were looking for brass holders on staircase banisters. Again found just what we needed. Also found perfect brass pocket door and closets door hardware. If you are looking for unusual, functional, beautiful items with great service, I recommend Bona Hardware.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Sales person was responsive, and helpful in getting me the style I wanted at the lowest cost. Great variety offered. My contractor (who ultimately had MANY issues) required additional instruction for mostof the materials, the Bona staff assisted in contacting the manufactuerer for this extra advise so that the purchased items were correctly installed. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for...
Description of Work: Purchased contemporary floating vanity fro newly remodeled bathroom and side cabinet, master shower fixture, and contemporary faucets.

+ -1 moreI LOVE this place! I've been going there for years. Great location (Oakley Square), great ambiance, and the most helpful service I've ever received in a store. We bought our home address placque from them right before selling our Mt. Lookout house which really jazzed up our front door stoop. Then we moved to Indian Hill and purchased our new kitchen pulls from Bona for all our doors and drawers. They literally have more choices than what we found online! The price range is vast and it's nice to be able to actually see and touch the product before purchasing. We may also be purchasing a mailbox and a firescreen from them for our fireplace. They also sell sinks and faucets which is amazing because the store is teeny. They have a lot of merchandise to choose from and the store does not feel crowded. Before entering check out the beautiful entry door and door pull. Amazing! It's like taking a step back in time; I feel like I'm in Europe when I visit this store. Enjoy the experience!

+ 0 moreShower came in from vendor defective, the Bona staff (Ken) caught it prior to delivery and the exchange was timely. The contractor then had problems with the shower installation and again, Ken was instrumental in assisting them with communication with the manufacturer. Overall I am very pleased and would definitely work with them again.
Description of Work: I wanted a contemporary vanity and accessories for a bathroom remodel and no one in town seems to have access to this type of vendor except Bona. The sales staff were very helpful in meeting needs, keeping costs inline, and they were accurate in delivery dates. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!
