+ -1 moreInitially everything went incredibly well but here I am a year later and the roof on the Newport house is leaking badly and I haven't received a response to emails or phone calls, My sister-in-law lives in the house and is a co-owner. She spoke to someone about the leak and was told, on the second call, that they were too busy to deal with the issue and would call her later in the season. This was several months ago and no one has called. The property is getting more damaged with every storm that comes through.

+ -1 moreJohn came over to our house immediately on a Sunday afternoon all the way from Batesville, IN. John got us a quote and came over last Monday to temporarily seal the roof from additional leaks. Their full crew came over on Thursday, August 23, and tore off the old roof and flashing then completed the job in just one day not leaving until 6:30 that evening. My wife and I have seldom experienced such professionalism. Great company to work with
