Description of Work: There are many glass block companies to choose from in Cincinnati, and you would think they would all return messages ( phone or web), but not all do. Block Tite was responsive, prompt, fairly priced and quick to complete the job. The entire process took 2 days from contact to completion. I had three glass block windows installed; two with fresh air vents and one with a dryer vent. Call Block Tite with confidence.

Description of Work: blocktite replaced a cracked block window per my request. Their work was efficient and of high quality using mortar for the installation. Pricing was as quoted for the window replacement.

Description of Work: This company was terrific from the first phone call to the excellent installation. The salesman who measured the windows walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. They had exactly what I wanted-clear glass block for one window and diffused glass block for two other windows for privacy. They don't skimp on the quality of the materials used for installation like some companies. Zach, the installer even called to tell me that he was running just a couple minutes late and was very professional. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and patient with my questions. I loved this company and I love the windows. I will use Block Tite again to replace more of my basement windows with glass block.
