Everything went great and they were easy to work with.

Smoothly and quickly - We had prepped as well.

It went well, cleanup was not perfect. I found a few pieces of broken glass leftover. Other than it being difficult to get someone on the phone originally to come quote the work I'm pretty satisfied and would use them again.

Arrived on time , removed 6 old basement windows and installed new glass block windows ( 3 with vents one with dryer vent) in one visit.

It seems that many small operations that in do yard work, tree removal, home improvement or glass block installation, Block - Tite of Cincinnati is not comfortable in processing credit card payments, preferring to do business with checks. After installing glass block, I was asked for a check. Like many today, I no longer use paper checks. The installer reluctantly called my credit card information to his office. I asked about a receipt and told one would be sent at a later date. A week later, I received a call from Block-Tite asking for payment. When I told them how the transaction went, they said they'd call back. A week after that, they called to say that my credit card information was written in a planner and the planner was discarded, along with my credit card information. At that time I was asked to provide my credit card information again. I declined, citing sloppy business practices. I'll ask a relative for a check. As such, at least I'll have a receipt.

Did not use them - but wanted to say that they responded quickly and courteously and I would call them again if I needed to get another estimate.

Because we have an older home, the window replacement was not a quick in and out project. It took over 6 1/2 hours to complete. There was one tech completing the entire task and he worked consistently throughout the day. It has only been a couple days since the job was completed, but I am pleased with the final result. I am typically a do-it-yourselfer, but this is one job I'm glad I left to the professionals. Being an older home, there was some significant tear out on the walls, both interior and exterior. The tech did a good job of repairing the walls to make things look at least as good as when he started. I did not expect perfection. I don't see any reason why these windows shouldn't fulfill their intended purpose for years to come.

I bought extra because my windows are bigger than what the deal was and I had extra windows done. There were irregulars windows they put glass windows in. The deal was for X size and my windows were partially bigger so they could have had the deal cover not just one specific size.

It went well. They did the work in an hour. They did a great job and cleaned up after.

I didn't order through Angies List, I called to make sure it's what I needed, and glad I did because it was less expensive when he arrived to quote it and set up an appointment. Great job. Great price. Scheduled and arrived on time. Got right to work and was finished in a timely manner. Would recommend and use again if needed! Love my windows!

It went great! With in 5 days of purchasing the Big Deal Block Tite contacted me for measurement and installation. The new windows were install very quickly! Would recommend the Block Tite to anyone!

We would highly recommend Block Tite. They are the only supplier in the area with mortar glass block. In addition to the best quality product, service was outstanding. They were very responsive to provide a quote and completed installation on a faster timeline than similarly priced competitors. Overall a very positive experience!

From scheduling to estimate to installation, every representative of the company I dealt with was professional, efficient, and friendly. I was amazed at how quickly the project was scheduled and completed. The windows look great.

They did a semi-large bathroom window and a regular window. The experience was pretty good. We had to call them back to level it out but otherwise they were pretty efficient and got in there and got it done.

You can't go wrong with the quality or the price of these windows. A lot of glass block companies use glass block which is joined together with silicone. Stay away from these products! Block Tite uses mortar between every block which makes for a much more air-tight and sound-proof solution, plus it will last much longer. My house is actually a 100-year-old former church. Block Tite sent a team of 5 people to work on the project and they knocked everything out in a day. We're very pleased with the quality. The clean-up was less than desirable (I ended up having to mop and shop vac) but it rained during the installation and the foundation was really old which worked against them. My only suggestion would be to put down paper, cardboard or tarps over a larger area to prevent so much debris from being left behind for the homeowner. Regardless, I would definitely use them again if I need them to work on another property. This is the second time I've had them out to my home to do a project.
