Description of Work: They did great work. They came out for an initial review and let me know that the deal I purchased didn't match my window type completely, so I just had to pay a slight addition to the deal cost. The installer came out two weeks later and did an amazing job on the windows. Super friendly and quick!

 + -1 moreJamie contacted me to let me know that he was on his way to the house so that we could meet him there and let him in. He then called again to let us know he was running late. He was very apologetic and we appreciated his concern in contacting us. He installed the window and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself inside and out. The window is great! I recommend Blocktite and the use of mortar for glass-block installation. Will use again if I ever need another window.

 + -1 moreCBT was easy to deal with. They came out promptly to give an estimate, and were at our house within several days of our call to go ahead with the project. Roger was very professional, very nice, and did amazing work in an amazingly short amount of time. He accommodated my request to put PVC tubes in the mortar to allow for future wiring, and left the basement and outside spotless.

 + -1 moreThe company was very responsive both in coming to do the estimate as well as scheduling the work. They use mortar between the blocks in all their installations. This is superior to some companies who use silicone which I've read is often problematic. We definitely will use them again.

HE CLAIMS THAT HIS IS BETTER. I AM TRYING TO CONFIRM THAT INDEPENDENTLY BEFORE GOING AHEAD WITH THIS WORK. ONE NEGATIVE IS THAT HE DID NOT BRING ANY SAMPLES OF THE GLASS BLOCK TO BE USED OR LITERATURE ON THEM. THE FIRST TIME I WOULD SEE IT IS ON THE DAY THEY INSTALL IT.
