He did an outstanding job, going well above and beyond to address our carpenter and infestation. He arrived a few minutes early, told me everything he was going to do before he did it, including me in the process every step of the way. I was fully informed and felt that my time and home were very well respected. It went just exactly how it should have gone, for which I was very grateful. I'd use Black Diamond again anytime!

The professional who came out to inspect our bee infestation was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He communicated well and did a good job explaining the service he was providing. He was thorough and efficient and came out the same day we spoke on the phone. We would call Black Diamond again if we need future pest control services!
