Very good. Firstly, they were the only ones who answered. Not even the police or animal control would help me. That’s my county’s protocol. Ashley was the one who answered the phone and couldn’t have been kinder. I was incredibly upset at with a dying animal in my yard and having no recourse. They had the boss there in an hour and I called back at least 3 times to ask if the animal looked if it may have been nursing and other questions and Ashley patiently answered all of my crying calls and called the owner to ask for clarification. They also were the cheapest of all proffessional services who claimed to be “24/7” who never answered the phone.

I can rate only 1 service and I have to say that I think they are very customer-oriented, but definitively too expensive and the moles are back in the yard more than before...

Very impressed and appreciative of the individual who came to the house to advise on critter invasion. The underside of the house extends over the hillside. I learned just how difficult it was to access, but the associate stayed with until he was able to assess the area of concern.

I had a very good experience with the Tech that came to my home. I was very distraught because I had just paid for another company who worked from the outside and had repairs made to the entry from the roof. Two days later I heard them in my actic. I had racoons. He was very professional and showed empathy.

They spent a lot of time at our house and actively looked for ways the squirrels were getting in. They offered solutions and offered to make the needed repairs.

They were awesome very quick response , excellent service and very reasonable price

They did not find the animal or the source of the dead animal smell. The tech did not have the equipment necessary to even find where the animal was located like a scope with a camera on it etc. I still had to pay the $65 consultation fee. I requested a receipt and never received it. I will not ever use or recommended this company. No thanks.
