 + -1 moreGreat first time experience at Biowheels. The "bike fit" by Mitch was thorough and very helpful providing guidance to an intermediate rider throughout the session. In addition to the adjustment Mitch made to the bike he also providing guidance on riding posture, nutrition and exercises to perform off the bike which have greatly improved my endurance and comfort during longer rides. Do make an appointment in advance so that they have the time scheduled.
Description of Work: A two-hour "bike fit" session evaluating my riding performance and then making necessary adjustments to shoes, cleats, saddle, stem and more.
