 + -1 moreThey were so helpful. Their price was half the price of another place I called. They were not able to help me but they made a great effort to try to help get the CD out.
Description of Work: Big Papa's Car Audio tried to help me because my radio/navigation system is all in one and the navigation CD was stuck.

 + -1 moreCONTINUOUSLY SUBJECTED TO AN ONGOING DECEPTION ABOUT MY JOB'S STATUS, CHARGED TOO MUCH FOR WORK PERFORMED. QUALITY OF WORK, THANKFULLY, WAS VERY GOOD. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND IN THIS CASE, NOT EVEN QUITE THAT MUCH!!
Description of Work: INSTALLED AUDIO ACCESSORY COMPONENT. WAS PROMISED WORK WOULD BE DONE IN TWO AND A HALF HOURS FROM TIME OF ARRIVAL. IT WAS ACTUALLY CLOSER TO FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WELL, BUT I WAS CONTINUOUSLY MISLED AS TO WHEN THE JOB WOULD BE DONE. THIS WAS PARTIALLY MY FAULT AS I WENT ON A SATURDAY, PROBABLY THEIR BUSIEST DAY. I SHOULD HAVE PAID CASH INSTEAD OF USING MY CREDIT CARD, AS I COULD HAVE SAVED ON SALES TAX. THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT, PLUS ITS INSTALLATION; I ENDED UP PAYING $200 FOR INSTALLATION OF A SATELLITE SYSTEM OTHERWISE AVAILABLE FOR $100 ALL OVER TOWN. I BELIEVE THIS PLACE TO BE A RIP-OFF SPECIALIST BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND WHAT I WITNESSED DURING MY WAY-TOO-LONG STAY THERE THAT DAY.
