Description of Work: We turned on our Finance for the first time last year and it was working fine. All of a sudden it started blowing out cold air. A service guy Frank who was very kind came out to take a look at it and there was nothing wrong with the unit overall, the motor was working just fine. He really couldn't figure out the problem. He took apart some wires to tighten them back up and took a blower to blow out the dust and the Finance has been working great. I was pleased that we did not have to pay a lot of money on a new finance at this location.

+ -1 moreAfter another highly rated company performed an annual tune-up on my AC system, we developed a leak in our ceiling under the blower unit. That company attempted to fix it, without success/ I called two other companies who put in minimal time diagnosing the problem, and instead recommended replacing the while system. Only Bicknell accurately diagnosed the problem (a leak in the condensation pan attached to the cooling coil). More importantly, Frank Bicknell and his team worked tirelessly to develop a cost-effective solution, and one which will allow me to enjoy the remaining useful life of my system. That's rare determination in this throw-away world. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Description of Work: We were having trouble with our furnace holding the temp in the house overnight. Bicknell Heating came out and looked at it. At the time it was running fine and the temp was holding so they took a look but did nothing and no charge for the visit. We will definitely call them again for cleaning/repairs as they were very honest with us.
