Better Tree & Lawncare Llc

I have been working with this company for over 10 years for lawncare, tree removal and various other jobs both at my home and my business. They are the absolute best! I can't say enough about their proffesionalism and their attention to detail. Roy and his crew can't be beat and his pricing is excellent.

This company is fantastic! My yard looks brand new. I live in a corner house that has quite a bit of traffic and people have stopped to comment on how good the yard looks. These guys are professional, work super hard and fast!

He came over right away to help us in a pinch when we needed service at once. While he was here, we also got a bid for taking down a very large tree that had died. He did both jobs on one day. He was very professional in every way. Punctual, polite in manner and his work was very good. He went beyond the actual job he was hired to do and cleaned up some extra limbs and sticks that had also blown down in the storm on the prior Friday. The trees were cut up and removed leaving behind a very tidy looking area. We will use this company again for sure.

We hired owner, Roy White in 2012 to mow our lawn and remove leaves. Last year his work was fair and so we decided to keep him on for lawn maintenance in 2013 and hired him for the removal of a tree and tree trimming. He quoted a price a price of $1,200.00 for the tree work and said he'd be here on Saturday April 20, 2013 at 9:00am to perform the tree work. He showed up almost a hour and a half late, spent another hour trying to back the cherry picker that he rented, into the front yard. Then after nearly two hours and tearing up the front yard with multiple deep tire rivets and deep holes from the support arms of the cherry picker, he decided he could not do the job he was hired to do and told us to hire someone else for the tree work. He said he would be back to repair the lawn and left draging mud all over the private lane. My husband called him on April 25, 2013 to see if we were on the same mowing schedule this year as last year and he immediately accused my husband of not appreciating his work. My husband tried to reason with him but Roy would not let him get a word in edge wise. When the cell phones they were talking on started to cut out my husband told Roy four times that he was cutting out but Roy did not stop talking long enough to hear him. When the call dropped Roy called my husband back and accused my husband of hanging up on him. We had noticed last year that Roy has a problem with talking incisively. If you like being talked over and not listened to what the client needs or requests, work promised and not being able to perform, property damage and not repaired as promised, then Roy White is your man.
