So, I have been trying to purchase a Bosch Dishwasher and no one in town seems to have them. I finally see on line that it looks like my Best Buy in Deerfield Township/Mason has one. I go in on a sunday morning and have to wait for 30 minutes just to get someone to help me, but then I'm told 'Yes we have this model' and so I purchase it with all the install needs and schedule it to be installed a week later. I am happy and ready. So my install timeframe was 7am to 1 pm. So I'm up and ready but never get a call about it, not even a running late or anything. I wait till 2 pm, then have to run out, get back around 3 pm and still nothing. Finally I call the support line and the nice gentlemen looked up my order and contacted the local install group. They informed him that the dishwasher was not available in warehouse and still had to be shipped in from somewhere else (don't know where????) Now I have to wait another 2 1/2 weeks. I can live with that, but for the company to tell me they had them then turn around and not is very frustrating and false advertising. As well to just ignore me and not call me the day they were suppose to deliver it and at least tell me that it wasn't available and notify me. This is not the first time I have run into Best Buy stating they have a product and then come to find out they don't. I use to love Best Buy, I bought everything that I could from them, but after this I don't think I will even go back into one of there stores.

I have just had a horrific experience with Best Buy. I purchased a washer last weekend which was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. I waited for 4 hours then they called and said sorry it's not on the truck. Then after multiple texts and emails from them, I ended up being scheduled to have the installation on Thursday and the washer on Friday. Not sure how that will work! They changed to today. The delivery person broke off the faucet when installing and the water for the house needed to be turned off. Best Buy's response is sorry we can't help you. Our insurance will call in 2-3 business days. See ya! After calling the customer service line I was told they would compensate me by taking off the charge to remove the old washer. It's a Friday--do you know how hard it is to get a plumber to come to your house on short notice on a Friday. Horrible customer service!!! I'm done with them never shopping there again.
