They never provided a receipt despite multiple requests via phone call and text messaging. I have no respect for the lack of communication and empty promises in terms of getting you the proper documentation. I would even take an email or text receipt but all I got were canned responses from a phone service. I could never talk to anyone. Horrible customer service!
