Arrived on time. Completed the work quickly. A bit expensive for simplicity of the work required.

He did a good job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. I would have no problem hiring this company (person) again.

Pretty pricey but they were courteous and professional. Replaced a faulty water main hose in basement only...outside is another project. Installed a shutoff valve so it doesn't have to be turned off at the meter.

Very qualified but no discounts for elderly or miltary. Cost was high for the work that was completed. $400 to clean a drain. Your chose. We were close to Easter and hosting family gave us no choose but to accept the cost. Being a retired military in our 80's made this hard to accept, but again no time to shop around

He was very polite and informative .I ask him about other issue and he address them very quickly. The hot water heater and the main water shutoff value was fix the same day. As for the main problem the two leaking toilets was fix.I also got a new toilet which was install the next day. I Was very please with there work.

Bill & Jeff were both very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did an excellent job replacing my traditional tank water heater with a new high end gas tankless water heating system. We would highly recommend them and Ben Franklin Plumbing for providing this service.
