A little on the high side of cost but you get what you pay for and when it comes to a gas line you what it done right the first time!

My Plumbing problem was diagnosed. The contractor also expressed many was to fix the problem at a reasonable cost

Simple washer replacement that cost 171.00. He pulled out a job book and showed me the rate for a vague description of repairs. It wasn’t worth $171.

Showed up late and overcharged. Low quote was given. Charged me $425 for a simple shut off valve that took them 30 minutes to install. Ridiculous.

We were shocked at the price to repair what seemed like a minor issue. The tech could not explain why it was so much and after working on our toilet for 1.5 hours, he was on his way and we paid the bill. Then my husband had to spend over an hour working on it himself. This made us even more upset with the high price. BUT after getting in contact with the plumbing manager, Joe, he had a better explanation for why the work was considered a "major" issue and thus the resulting price. He agreed that my husband shouldn't have had to spend time on the toilet and agreed to give us some money back. Overall, Joe handled this right, making it more likely that we'll use them again in the future (but hopefully won't need to!!!) Also, we're in Springboro and should have been directed to the Dayton Ben Franklin which is who we've used before. Next time we will just call them directly.

Our guy was very knowledgeable

Of course my situation was unusual! They either had to move duct work to get to the pipe or rent a special piece of equipment to solve the problem at the source. To my surprise they got the equipment came back and everything was finished in 2 hours from original arrival and I didn't have to arrange another day off. Understandably more than I expected, but done well.

I had used this company before and the service tech was awesome. However, that was not the case this time. He completed the work in a timely manner, but wanted to stand around and talk too much. Also, he did not turn the breaker back on after completing the plumbing work. I was on crutches and did not want to try and go down the stairs into the utility room and had to wait for him to return to trip the breaker. He tried to tell me it was the electrical panel, and not he who had forgotten. No problems before with panel and no problems since. Overall good company, just got unlucky with this particular plumber.

Prompt service. Received a call stating that tech was on his way, arrived 45 minutes later. This fell well within the two hour window that they gave me. Tech was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

So our appointment was between 10am and 2pm on Friday. The plumber arrived at 5:30pm because of a service call problem before ours. We needed a whole new hot water heater. He didn't have what he needed on the truck and had to go get the parts. They did waive the emergency fees associated with after hours service as this was their fault. He worked until 3am Saturday to get our system up and running. The plumber was great, the company dispatchers were not very informative nor correct and even had us scheduled for a pilot light replacement on our furnace the day before (a service we did not request!).

The worker was very judgmental of my house because I have video game and comic stuff in my house, telling me I must have children, then told me I was scammed into purchasing my house. Overall he was rude but got the job done well for a decent price.

They came in with an exorbitant price and I said no, they said would call in and see if they could do for less. Came in with a much lower price, still high but I said OK. Did repair placed a tablet in fro t of me to sign after swiping my card. Was waiting for my receipt and he drove off. My bank card posted the charge and it was for original amount. Called customer service 3 times and they say they will calk me back and email me the receipt. Neither happens. They also said there would be a 49 discount for using Handyman. It is not a discount it is a waved fee. Pretty shady and dishonest practices.
