They tried to nickel and dime us to death. Their estimates for different parts of the project were the most expensive of those I checked.

It was a ten minute toilet fix and it was over $200 On the plus side the service man was their quickly. He was very friendly and professional.

John was here early. He was thorough and efficient. I appreciated his straight forward manner. I would use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.

The technician that performed the review of the water pressure issue was very thorough, was transparent and honest about the situation and options to correct the project.

Sean was EXCEPTIONAL! He took the time to explain everything to us. As he was installing the heater, he explained why he was performing the various functions. He then stayed and tested the faucets to make sure the water was hot and freely flowing. The shower has been refreshing! Thanks again Sean!

Very expensive but you get what you pay for

The technician arrived on schedule and was able to complete the work very quickly. He actually solved a water pressure issue in 5 minutes that had haunted us for years. Chad, our service technician, was courteous and explained everything very clearly. I would recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

I did not know the building code had changed on hotwater heaters so it cost more than I would have thought. Otherwise totally satisfied.

Hired one hour electric before with great success so needing a plumber of a leak under the toilet I called them. Guy came out, analyzed the problem charged me $300 to lift the toilet to put in a $10 was seal. Turns out his diagnosis was wrong. The leak returned and after investigating I discovered the float was not working properly and the tank was filling past the hole for the handlie and leaking on the floor. I fixed the problem myself for under $20.

Very pleased with the work that jeff did. He made sure to clean up and leave the room as clean as I had it when he arrived. Not pleased with the price, but the work had to be done.
