Arrived on time and completed the job efficiently.

Ethan was knowledgeable about the problem. He explained how he would correct the clog. He said we had a plumbing routing problem and we choose to fix it ourselves. He unclogged our line and he said he fixed it. We also chose to purchase a product from his company, a bio maintenance cleaner to keep our line from building up. He would not warranty this job because he did not correct the plumbing issue himself.

The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable but I did not need new garbage disposal? he let me know that the hose was not connected to my new dishwasher that needed to be installed. So, I was charged for 3 hours of work that took less than an hour! I should not have been charged for the full amount of the service call **disappointed**!

They said they do not charge by the hour but base charges on the job. It cost me $170 for 15 minutes of work. He basically disconnected my hose from outside faucet. I was not able to do thisâ ¦.I was not strong enough. He used a pipe wrench . I will NEVER hire someone from your site again!

The Tech did a great job diagnosing the problem. We have to order faucet, and we will be having Ben Franklin install the new faucet.
