I called to set up an appointment and gave him all the necessary information. My daughter and he played phone tag for a while - I bought the Deal for her. After a while they sent a form to be filled out and signed to my email address, which was routed to my spam folder because it was sent from his personal email, not the business email address. He didn't tell me about the form, or that it was necessary to do the move. He did tell my daughter, but she expected to be sent to her, not me. In the end, because we weren't able to communicate directly, we ended up not being able to use his services and got a refund.

This has to be the greatest advertising price of all... because I will tell EVERYONE to use Bell for all their moving needs!!! The drivers, Stephen and Alex, were unbelievable efficient!! They did an incredible amount of moving within the 2 hour coupon limit. While I understand that this price was, no doubt, an introduction to this company, I will use them again... with NO COUPON and recommend them to all of our friends. This emotional task of moving an elderly parent to a retirement center was made loads easier with Stephen and Alex's professional, efficient, and friendly help! Thank you guys so very, very much!!!

They were okay and it was more about the price than the actual service that was my focus. The driver was nice but the communication was a little tough. There were a few items broken because of the way they were packed. The job could’ve been done better overall.

It turned out really well. It was exactly as they promised. The driver and his assistants were better than I would have expected in that type of industry.

We were very pleased and it worked out really well! The driver that did the move for us was exceptional!

This company was fantastic. From the time I called, Bill, the representative showed up promptly when he said he would. The estimate he gave was comparable to others. The two men who came to pack my breakables were there right on time and they called me an hour before to make sure I was there and to let me know that they were on their way. They were very friendly and very good at the packing of all the glass and breakable things I had. The movers were there the next day right on time and also called beforehand. I was moving from Ohio to Florida and this was the first time I had ever moved using a mover and was quite nervous about everything, but the guys who loaded up my furniture were so nice and had everything loaded in no time. They let me know when I would see them in Florida and they were there when they said they would be. Everything was wrapped in plastic and they put together everything they took apart. I can't say enough about how great this company performed. I would recommend them to anyone who moves. Also, my estmate came in lower than originally quoted. Barbara Wells

The three men were phenomenal. Their experience showed.

In terms of the loading process in Cincinnati, when they were bringing up items in the basement to load in their truck, they damaged the walls, ceiling and woodwork coming up from the lower level. They chose not to disclose it to us before they left for the day. I took pictures of it and submitted it on an e-mail on a Friday about 6 o’clock. I called every number I could find and was unable to get anyone to respond. We then had the walk-through on Sunday morning, so we had to adjust it immediately on our own. The damage also included, when Bell moved trucks in and out of the driveway, one of the trucks was leaking oil in which the loading crew carried in to the house. We repaired the damage ourselves. I then spoke with Bell on Monday and sent the bill for the damage to them. Said it was lost on the boss’s desk, followed up with them. They then claimed they lost the paper work and they also told me I submitted the wrong paper work. I had to re-submit it; it took them 60 days to repay the bill. In terms of loading the truck for delivery down to here: there were two small wooden items, neither of which was packed in a box and both of which when the driver carried here, had broken pieces on them; the driver did tell us there. There were 2 items that the Bell personal, improperly moved and carried. I felt they had very unskilled work practices. There were leaves to the dining room table, which were very carefully wrapped by us in a blanket. When they were delivered, they obviously got very wet somewhere along the way. All 3 leaves showed heavy evidence of moisture damaged. There was also a wooden bookcase where they completely ripped the top shelf off of. There was an office desk that they disassembled prior to moving it out of a room and moving into the truck; there were some ripped pieces and the pieces were not put back together correctly. Joe was the driver and he appeared very irritated over the fact that we were going to check off every individual item; he said that he was on a time crunch. Also, one of crew members was repeatedly talking about how tired he was throughout the day.

They were great. They pretty much did everything they said they were going to do.

The move went very well all the way through. I received 3 estimates and they came in the lowest. I also liked what the sales person was telling me about how they would take care of the goods. They gave me free boxes and the salesperson actually called me a couple of times to make sure I had enough because I packed my goods myself. They came on time and they were very professional. They worked right through. They gave me a window in terms of when they would deliver, which they were on the early side of their delivery; that was nice because I moved from Cincinnati from Minneapolis. All of the goods they delivered were in good shape. It was very painless and overall it well.

It was fine. I was fairly well satisfied. They did what they said they were going to do and they were on time.

One of my employers paid for it. They were pretty good in general, but some of our furniture got damaged during the move. However, they were pretty good about reimbursing for some of the damage, so, that was nice. Their movers were pretty nice; they were very good.

They are very helpful and they got it there. They packed some very fragile items. What they did pack arrived perfectly.

They've been good so far. I had a problem with a salesperson on the phone, but the workers remedied the problem in person.

The movers showed with none of the packing boxes because the office failed to tell the movers to include them; this is the same office that we called the night before and reminded about these very boxes. How a company could be so lacking in communication skills so fundamental to the nature of their business is mind-boggling. Bell made no effort to retrieve the boxes; instead, we were told that extra care would be taken, and we would be happy with the move. The end result was disorganized clothing that took weeks to get straightened out; worse, after the movers left we found that an expensive speaker had been damaged. The speaker was originally to have been packed in one of these boxes. A clash over compensation then ensued, which is a full-length story in itself. We find that this company is sorely lacking in efficiency and character. You ll get all of the customer care that you need before it means anything, but once it s too late to turn back, watch out.

These guys are really great. They made moving easy. We were stuck b/c our furniture was being delivered from out of state but our house purchase was slowed up, so we had no place to put our furniture. Bell took it from our driver (another Wheaton representative), stored it, let us come get a stroller out of storage, and then delivered everything when we were finally ready. The crew was funny and professional -- very friendly and chatty, with great senses of humor. They were fast, clean, and super-professional. Truly, this could not have been better.
