We paid him $850 to transplant 13 shrubs, 7 of which have died already. They destroyed the rootballs when transplanting them, which likely led to their decline. He has ghosted us when it comes to fixing the issue. Not only that, the one plant that he said could not be transplanted is actually one of the only ones living probably because I transplanted it myself correctly.

He wouldn't even come give me a estimate. He said they wont come to Forest Park Theyre located in Oakly, which is 20 minutes away

They are very reasonably priced and typically very consistent with their maintenance. They completed most of the walkways in a timely manner, which can be difficult to do with the weather.

Brian responded quickly to our request, provided a reasonable quote and was at our house within 2 days to remove the leaves. Painless and quality work.

Brian and his crew did an excellent job. Brian was able to come out take give advice on what needed to be done and get an estimate back to me that day. The work started within the next week and was completed in a couple of days. The landscaping performed made the house look a lot better and we were very pleased, particularly for the price. Brian also provided guidance on how to handling caring for the landscaping until the house sold.

The work done is high quality with good customer service. If I have a concern, which is rare, it is attended to. Brian, who owns the company, checks on the work that his employees do and he stops by on Saturdays or calls to see that everything is going well. The guys he hires do good work and they are polite and reliable. Brian only charges for the work he does, and he does not mow your lawn when it does not need it. His prices are reasonable and he will add or delete services as you like if you are a regular customer.

The crew arrived on time as promised. I was out running errands, but they got started anyway. When I returned home, the crew chief Steve introduced himself and described what they were going to do. He asked if I had any special concerns, and answered my questions. They went about their work very professionally and with a great attitude. As they were wrapping up, Steve called me outside to ensure that I was happy with the work. I was very happy with the results.

Brian from BE Landscaping was very responsive to my call requesting a quote to refresh the landscaping in the front of our house. He quickly provided a reasonable quote for the requested work and made several suggestions for us to get the most for our money. Brian was flexible with timing and sensitive to out budget. The work was completed on time. They also mulched a side bed with the left over mulch, with no additional labor cost, While removing the bushes, they caused some damage to the lawn, but installeded sod at no expense to us. We will use BE Landscaping for future lawn and landscaping needs.

He comes every week. We pay him monthly. It depends on how much service he provides. We pay him by the job. He invoices us monthly. He charges us this much to do our lawn. The good thing about him is, he does not do the lawn every week when it doesn't need to be done every week. During monsoon when he can't cut he does not cut. In August when the grass isn't growing he does not cut. He waits three weeks before cutting it in August. His pricing is reasonable. He is very responsive. If we have a question or a callback, he is on it right away. He keeps a close supervision on his staff that comes around. His staff is professional. His clean up is above the approach. When something goes wrong, because you are dealing with human beings, he is there on the spot all evening to fix it, there is never a question about that. I would say all good things about him and refer with the qualification.
