hardwood floor
+ -1 moreI cannot recommend them highly enough or more enthusiastically. They were referred to me by my realtor and performed efficiently and flawlessly in every regard. They were not only very fast but entirely thorough and the results were nothing short of spectacular. The floors are flat--no dug in spots or troughs, and the finish is perfect. They even filled in small cracks with a wood filler that is undetectable when finished. Edwin, the lead man knows his stuff, but the entire team, 3 others, were on the ball all the time, totally integrated and focused. I will continue to call them as my first choice for hardwood floor refinishing without hesitation.
Description of Work: B&E repaired a damaged floor in a bedroom that had rotten wood underneath old carpet by replacing a section of the floor approximately 3 or 4 feet by 10 feet with new wood, then sanded and refinished the floor, sealing it with 3 coats of polyurethane. In the living room, they refinished the Brazilian cherry floor with a sanding and 3 coats of polyurethane. The repair was only $200 and the floors were $1.50 a square foot. They included the closet and also had to work around radiators etc. It cost 25 cents a square foot to add stain, which I did not need.
