+ -1 moreSpent a total of 15 minutes changing out a $30 part then spent another 30 minutes telling us we needed another air conditioner and that it will not last the week. Here we are a week later and its still running fine. Its only 10 years old. They charged us $517 for a $30 part which took 10 minutes to change and then tried to sell us a 5000.00 AC unit which we don't need. Avoid this company is a rip off.
Description of Work: Spent 10 minutes replacing a $30 capacitor and 5 minutes testing

+ -1 moreWe used them when we were getting that great rebate from the government. We would use them again in a heartbeat and we would recommend them to other people.
Description of Work: We used Butler Heating & Cooling to do a new HVAC system in the basement.

+ -1 moreI HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THIS COMPANY AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO. THEY ARE HELPFUL WITH EXPLAINING THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW DIGITAL THERMOSTAT FOR MY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.
