I have always wanted a fountain, but had never found one I loved, so I wasn't really looking for one when I went to a sale of all kinds of indoor/outdoor garden merchandise. Then I walked into a room with beautiful wall fountains; then I turned the corner and saw a 4 1/2' floor fountain that I really loved. It was $999 on sale for $699. A very busy salesman talked to me as if he were not too busy to answer my questions, got immediate help in getting the fountain packed and into my car, and checked me out even though all the checkout people were busy with other customers. What could have taken a lot of time and delay, did not because he was so helpful and efficient.
Description of Work: I bought a beautifully unusual floor fountain with colors that exactly match my color scheme. I have never seen such a varied selection of indoor and outdoor, wall and floor fountains to choose from. I am very pleased.

HAD A HUGE (ALMOST OVERWHELMING) SELECTION OF FOUNTAINS AND HAD PLENTY OF CATALOGS TO ORDER FROM. THEY WERE VERY BUSY, BUT WORKED HARD TO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. OUR PUMP DIED W/I A COUPLE MONTHS OF INSTALLATION AND THEY REPLACED W/O AN ISSUE.
