Went very well. Always on time. Owner came first day and explained and showed them what to do. They were very communicative and patiently answered all our questions. They clean up after themselves. Very hard working. One night they stay until after dark and it was raining and they kept working. It has been three months now and the basement is all dry.

We had water seeping into our finished basement along the front wall of our house. Brent promptly came out to assess the issue. He estimated the size of the crack in the foundation, explained the process to us (which involved digging down to the crack along the front wall of our house), and gave us an estimate shortly thereafter. In addition to having them patch the crack, we also opted to have them install a French drain. We were told that the work would be completed in 45-60 days from when we signed the contract, but they were able to fit us in sooner than that - a little over a month. The workers arrived on time, and the work was completed in a day. The landscaping that had to be disrupted in the digging process was re-planted by them before they left. So far, we haven't had any more issues with water in our basement.

They arrived on time and started working on hanging the gutters first. I was working and came out about an hour later to see they had put white gutters up. My house is yellow brick with cream trim and had cream colored gutters. I told them that I had picked out cream colors for the gutters, not white. They said the contract says white. I brought the contract out and seen that Danny did not mark a color for the gutters. They called Danny and he tried to say we did not discuss colors. I told him we did and he even fanned the color swatch against the door trim and I choose the cream because it matched the trim. So they had to take down the white gutters and go pick up the cream color gutters. When they were gone I walked outside and saw that there was leaves and debris hanging all over where they just took the gutters down. I took a broom the sweep off the leaves and saw that the wood completely rotted and just fell apart when I brushed the broom across it. When they came back I asked why they had installed the gutters on rotten broads. They said they don't replace fascia board. I asked them to at least replace the corner where it just fell apart because the gutters were not going to stay up if the board are all rotted underneath. I had some wood they could use to replace the corner. They came back the next day to do the trenching. They ended the pipe in the center of my back yard in front of a play set. I said that Danny had said it would go across the back yard and hook into the pipe on the right side of house and run to back of the property so my yard would not get flooded. We have specifically discussed getting the water away from the playset and running to back of property. They said that the contract is only for 80 feet so if I wanted it to the back of the property I would have to pay an additional $480. Danny was not available that day and his son in-law said that I had to pay the additional money or it ended in the middle of my yard. So I was forced to pay the additional $480 to do the job I was told by Danny would be done for the original price on the contract. Then the concrete that they poured in the drive way were they had to lay the pipe under was mixed too wet. Two weeks later when my daughter come home she drove over it and it was still wet and made a dent in the concrete. The day after they left the board under the gutter that was rotten fell apart so now ther is a big hole in the board under the gutters. Don't use this company.

We knew we had a crack that was allowing a little water to seep in at times, but it wasn't until we were really slammed with rain that we realized how bad it had gotten. Aquaproof came out and asked us questions, did a thorough analysis inside and outside, and then gave us a couple options. The representative was very thorough in his analysis and explanations. We decided to have the problem tackled from the outside and it was a pretty major job that included digging, sealing, and regarding. On the day of service they arrived on time, worked all day, and cleaned up nicely. They leveled out the lawn, planted grass seed and put hay down. I I wanted to wait awhile before submitting a review because I wanted to be sure the fix was actually working! And we have had enough rain now that I am confident the job was well done.

Aquaproof delivers what they promise to. There are no surprises in their work. All went well.

James was very professional and knowledgeable. He closely examined our problem and determined that the leak was actually coming from a pump attached to our newly-installed (2 mos. ago) furnace rather than from the foundation and suggested we contact the company from whom we purchased it. He also indicated that, while there is some evidence of moisture being in some of the cement blocks in the wall of our foundation in this area that may require waterproofing in the future, the problem isn't to the point that it i necessary immediately. This was appreciated, especially after we just put out $10,000 for the new furnace and air conditioning unit! We will definitely call them down the line when we are in the market to do repairs.

It took them 2 days for a large crew to finish. They did a great job cleaning up the debris and driveway, and overall the work they did has held up very well. Their prices seemed high at first but comparatively they've seemed to be competitive. At first I wasn't happy that they had to reschedule, but I'm sure it's because they were busy. The only issue was that one worker tracked in mud on our carpeted basement. They were very apologetic about it, though. The supervisor was great about answering my questions and keeping me informed.

Very complete description of work and estimate from the owner. Work completed as scheduled by Luis and his excellent crew in one very full day. Good communication from the office to schedule the work and by the team doing the work. Great company!

It was good. I am happy with it. They offer a lifetime transferable warranty on their work. They do good work.

They did everything they said they'd do and were in and out as promised on the same day, which was impressive. The crew was great and they cleaned up well after they were done. You couldn't even tell they were there.

We had the owner of Aquaproof come to our house for an evaluation of our basement water problem and to provide an estimate on the cost to repair. He proceeded to figure out the source of the problem and gave us advice on how we could fix it ourselves. His advice was accurate. We followed his suggestions which took me one weekend of work and $40 worth of materials. The fix solved the problem completely. We really appreciate the integrity he showed and we feel he can be trusted completely.

The team arrived on time. The crew leader walked me through what they would be doing and answered all my questions. Rick was very pleasant and professional. They worked until 6:00 pm to finish the work in one day. The crew was respectable of my property and cleaned up a very messy job very well. It was difficult to tell there had been mounds of dirt around the house when they were through for the day. They even replaced a wood lattice screen that had been in one of the areas where the work was being done.

I contacted Aquaproof and they came out the very next morning. After doing both an indoor and outside inspection, they recommended against doing any immediate remedial work to alleviate the basement leaks. He concluded that regradeing and larger gutters would likely alleviate the leaking problem. He nonetheless gave me a bid in the event that the leaking problem was not fixed as anticipated. I found their representative, James Cline, to be honest and very professional. It is a pleasure doing business with a business who considers integrity above sales.

The experience was good. I didn't have them do the work

We called AuqaProof out to our house in June due to yard drainage issues and basement flooding. We submitted an online request for a quote and we got a return call back within 24 hours. Had James out for an estimate within the next week. Work was completed by the end of June. We were initially only interested in adding trench drainage on our one side of our yard. We live along a gradual incline so all the water up the hill will run down into and thru our yard with heavy rains. Water was pooling along our deck area. And heavy rain flow had started to flow along our foundation and leaked water in through a window in the basement. Felt very confident talking with James that he and his company had experience and knew what they were doing. Ended up with trench drainage on both sides of our deck and along property areas where the water was pooling. They buried the drain line down to the sewer drain in the corner of our backyard property. They also tied in our existing gutter drains to this drain line to the sewer. Also redid and added a gutter drain that was missing on the one side of our roof. It has only been a month, but I can notice a huge difference in our yard after a heavy rain. I am very happy with the work they did. The team that did the work was very professional and friendly, and made sure to do everything correctly and how we wanted it. I would definitely recommend them for water drainage work.

The company had to send people out numerous times, but the owner, Mr. Manly, was very involved in the project and sent his best people out to ensure the job was done properly. His crew was always professional and courteous, worked hard, and did an excellent job in all respects. I'd highly recommend the company's services for these reasons.

All went very well. Danny's crew was the hardest workers we have ever encountered on any kind of job. They worked hard from the start of the job until the completion. We waited a year before writing this review so that we would encounter all of the rainy seasons to see how the work really performed. Now we know why Danny guarantees the work. The basement has been entirely dry! We received several estimates before we chose AquaProof. The cost was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. Hopefully we will never have a wet basement in any other homes, but if we do, we will use AquaProof to solve the problem.

Repair work was completed within a day as they had projected. Estimate was given two weeks prior to completion of the operation. They were punctual and professional. I would recommend this provider. It has rained one day since work was completed and no leaks.

Absolutely fantastic experience working with Aquaproof. From the representative who first came out to give us a quote, to the workmen who came the day of... we even spoke to the owner of the company. We were and continue to be extremely impressed with the service we received for this project. The representative who gave us the initial quote was extremely knowledgeable, but when we were deciding between this company and another, the owner, Mr. Manley, came out and spoke to us personally. We appreciated the extra time he took to speak to us and was ultimately the reason we decided to go with Aquaproof. Best decision we ever made for this house. The crew he sent to do the work were very polite, thorough and left the basement and yard looking BETTER than how they found it. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to waterproof their home- not just their basement.

James Cline was the one that took everything down and they just did an excellent job. They cleaned up perfectly with no mud left on the street. They are also very courteous. The put plastic down on my driveway to make sure nothing got on my driveway to scratch it. They always came on time and worked hard all day long both days. I can do nothing but praise that company, I am just astonished and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Aqua proof just finished what I would consider a large job. From the estimate to the clean up, everything went very well and was high quality work. Everything in the estimate was thoroughly explained. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The clean up was great and it was just as they said - all I had to do was water the grass. The workers on the job were considerate and very nice. I would definitely recommend this company.

This was our third time using Aquaproof, and everything went well as usual. We worked closely with the owner, the crew was always professional and polite, and everyone went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the work. In addition, the gutters are working just fine, and the drainage issue has been successfully handled.
