Danny came to my home three times so the we could discuss the work that needs to be done, without charging me anything. He gave me a bid of $2900 to put in a complete system with paneling and a drain tied into a sump pump. This is to go along a wall that is approximately 40 feet long. I think I will accept this bid;I'm taking a few days to think about it.

If you're reading this, and have water problems, then first off my apologies. It is an ordeal and not very much fun. However, you are doing the right thing to check on this company. I was scared to death of what the process and cost of repair would be, but I can honestly say that now I am relieved in knowing it is fixed. Danny and Aquaproof turned a terrible ordeal into a great experience. Danny was great to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and even made several trips to our home at our request to walk us through the process and explain what his crew would be doing. We took estimates from five different companies and Danny by far was the best at explaining what he felt was allowing the water to enter, as well as clearly explaining a solution that was right for our home. He did not try to sell us more than what I felt we needed, as almost all the other companies did. He kept his word on every detail and his crew were always informed and on time.

He is very obliging. We had a problem with a neighbors dog fence and he has been very good at handling that. If there are any problems with a job he is willing to fix them.

Work was performed when agreed-to and in a professional manner at a fair and reasonable price. You deal directly with Danny Manley (owner) who is an honest, ''straight shooter.'' Danny arrived with his crew and made sure that everyone was on the ''same page'' as to what was to be done and how. He then followed-up during the day and at the end of the job to make sure everything was being done properly and to my satisfaction. Danny did not even require/request any payment until the job was completed as agreed and I was fully satisfied. Work was done about 6 weeks ago and the system has functioned as expected through some recent heavy rains. I would strongly recommend AquaProof Inc. for anyone needing drainage/basement waterproofing work.

The drain became clogged allowing water to enter through the windows. Aquaproof came to my house and fixed all 7 drains around the windows and installed a new sump pump and since then I haven't had any leakage. They were always on time and did a magnificent job!

Hire AuqaProof Inc to assess the situation and had addition exterior plumbing installed along with a sump-pump put in to cut down on excessive water collection throughout the basement area.

Danny, the owner, came to give me a price on fixing my leaking basement. He was on time, very polite, honest, answered all my questions, & asked if I had any other questions. He scheduled the job & was always a little early, as he knew I had to leave for work. After the job was done, I needed them to move some of my appliances back. He set up a time for his employee to come. The employee was ill the day he was scheduled to come, so Danny called me early that morning to tell me & rescheduled for the next day. The employee was here early, did everything that I asked him do, & was very polite. Both he & Danny told me if I had any problems to call them. I have a lifetime warranty on their work even if I sell my house. I am very pleased with their work & the way that I was treated. I highly recommend them. Danny is a man of character & integrity.

A YEAR LATER WE HAVE HAD NOT ONE DROP OF WATER. GREAT JOB.

THEY CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY AND THE OWNER GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB. THE JOB TOOK THREE DAYS BECAUSE HE COULDN'T GET WITH THE CITY TO FIND ME ON THE CITY MAP. HE DID HONOR HIS ORIGINAL PRICE. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

FRIENDS HAVE HAD DONE WORK BY AQUAPROOF AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY BASED ON THE PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, ETC. THIS COMPANY WILL BE A TOP CHOICE WHEN I SCHEDULE THE WATERPROOFING WORK TO BE DONE.

WE RECEIVED 3 ESTIMATES FOR THE SAME KIND OF WORK, AND AQUAPROOF WAS THE CHEAPEST. WORK WAS PERFORMED ON SCHEDULE. CREW WAS PROFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. WORK WAS COMPLETED ACCORDING TO PLAN. OWNER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE. HE WAS ALSO EASY TO CONTACT AND PLEASANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH. IT HAS RAINED SINCE AND BASEMENT IS CURRENTLY DRY.

WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN ONLY 2 1/2 DAYS. MEN WERE COMPETENT, KNEW WHAT TO DO AND WORKED VERY HARD. DID EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEAN UP. FIRST HEAVY RAIN SHOWED A PROBLEM WITH ONE ROOF DRAIN AND THEY QUICKLY CAME BACK & CORRECTED THE PROBLEM.
