They explained over the phone that they didn't do this kind of work, but gave me some options to try. They were very friendly and professional.

Work was performed on time. Crew did a great job. They were nice and told me just what they were doing. They were a hard working crew. Also a lifetime warranty transferable.

He gave me some great advice and was very helpful. I was very impressed that he was honest that couldn't do the job himself because it turned out that it was a gutter issue, but referred me to someone else.

The owner was extremely professional and gave a very detailed explanation of the treatment and job specifications. We were really impressed with his knowledge and he did not require an answer that same evening. He even encouraged us to get other estimates. We decided not to do this work at this time. However, when we are ready we will definitely call this company!

He was good, and seemed to be straight forward. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need and informed me that instead of fixing the basement I should probably address the down spout issue first and take it from there.

Very smooth process. Danny came over personally to provide estimate and then again to get his crew started the morning of the job. Looks great and was a big upgrade over old pump. Crew laid carpet from front door to basement so then didn't get any dirt on the floor. They were very polite and cleaned up nicely when they left from what was a fairly dirty job.

Everything went well. Danny and his workers were professional and efficient. They did everything they said they would and returned to finish the landscaping. We have no more problems with water in our basement, even after significant rainfall. The job was done well.

I had water come in due to ice dams in my gutters. He checked everything and was sure it would not reoccur. There was nothing to do. He gave me a suggestion on how to catch it happening again in 0 degree weather and left. Because it wasn't a continuing leak I just dried out the rug, etc., (threw out saturated junk) and did not need mildew or water damage help. It was wonderful that he gave his time and the "estimate" without charging me a thing. If I ever have a real problem with basement leaking, I will call him!!!

It went extremely well. Everyone involved was very professional, polite, cleaned up, etc. and best of all, there are no leaks in our basement!

Danny Manly throughly described our problem and his proposed solution. The work was done on time and competently. He came up with creative,practical solutions to unexpected situations that arose during the work. His crew was knowledgeable and courteous. The major surprise was the amount of demolition in the basement that was necessary to complete the job (e.g.,closet walls and parts of interior partitions removed)which left us with unexpected restoration work. Danny had told us they didn't replace things, but we did not fully understand the implication of this statement. We would recommend Aquaproof and use his company's services again if the need came up, but we would ask more questions to ensure full understanding at the outset.

Two days after my acceptance of their bid, six men showed up at 8:15 a.m. and were all finished by 1 p.m. They did a good job but should have told me to vacuum the dust from the jack hammer immediately because the next night I got a terrible nose bleed. I would hire them again.

Danny was very thorough in assessing the situation and explained all our options. He was prompt, professional, and courteous, as was his work team. Work was done expeditiously and neatly. It was a messy, muddy job, but the team put everything back in good order.

Overall we are very pleased. We got three estimates total. Danny was the only contractor who talked about the water management solution. He was upfront, no nonsense. His estimate was middle of the road, and he guarantees his work for life. We would recommend Aquaproof and would use his company's services again if the need came up.

I scheduled an estimate with Danny Manley. On the day I was to meet at my house, he called to let me know he wouldn't be able to make it, due to an emergency with his truck. I was told to call back and reschedule another estimate. I never did. The assistant at the office called me, about a week later to offer another estimate time. I also turned that down. I think we might be going with someone else for the work.

The experience was really positive. Danny, the owner, is a straight-to-the-point, knowledgeable and honest professional. As I described the situation over the phone, he gave me some early feedback about what needed to be done. He came home first to see the issue. He came a second time when I got water in my basement after a big storm to reassess what needed to be done. He took the time to explain me what should be done and how it would happen, and why the work should not be as large as other contractors said. His crew did a very professional and timely work. No more water now! I appreciate Danny helping me avoid getting into a messier expensive work that was not needed. I would hire him again. I would recommend him to any friends of mine.

They were wonderful to work with. They returned phone calls promptly, did work as scheduled, and even returned to improve the look of landscaping when I called with a question about some of the plantings they had reinstalled after the work.

Danny came to my home three times so the we could discuss the work that needs to be done, without charging me anything. He gave me a bid of $2900 to put in a complete system with paneling and a drain tied into a sump pump. This is to go along a wall that is approximately 40 feet long. I think I will accept this bid;I'm taking a few days to think about it.
