I was impressed by the size of the team which came to work on this job, how quickly they worked, and how polite they were. They minimized the impact of the digging, going through beds and not yard as much as possible. We only lost a few small plants. The job was completed in less than one day.

The work is perfect. They were very professional, the owner came out and was professional as well.

They did a great job. The demonstrated knowledge and they did a precise job. They fixed the problem and I had a great experience with them.

The project began and terminated well in advanced of what was expected. Doug and his crew were professional and hardworking all while taking extreme caution and paying close attention to details. I felt at ease while they consistently and diligently worked to solve my drainage problem. One particular problem was the far North eastern portion of the foundation, where I've had numerous "professionals" take a look at the area paid to solve the problem which never did. When Aquaproof's crew got to the area, they discovered that my neighbors backyard drain system was connected to mine. This discovery solved the mystery of water and deterioration because their drain system was not covered or protected which led up to the blockage and build up of water which flooded my basement. Last night was our first hard rain and my first experience of testing the work that was done. I was so surprised that there was virtually no water and the damp basement smell from the wet foundation was absolutely gone!!!! Thank you very much!!! This was not cheap but monies well spent!

They were perfect. When I had trouble moving appliances back, they returned and did the job (though it wasn't required). When I had trouble re-closing a door, Gil came back again and fixed it. He has an extremely kind and positive attitude.

It went well. Gil the estimator came and supplied a detailed estimate and suggested I needed only an interior solution to the water problems. I requested references and was given about three. I checked them and they all had positive comments about Aquaproof. After I signed the contract, I could not schedule a date and time due to family emergencies but when the appointment was scheduled the workers appeared at the appointed day and time--the job took only one day because there were about 6-7 workers on the job. The trenches were dug, the draintile was installed, and the basement floor over the drains was concreted over. Next the durashield was installed on three basement walls. Finally a sump pump was installed and drained to an outside downspout. The drain lines were installed on the exterior of one side of the house and a discharge line was run out to the middle of the yard. The contractor put topsoil over the section where the drain lines were installed. Three window wells were installed. Overall the job went just as the estimator had indicated. The next day I discovered they had installed the wrong sump pump; when contacted, they came right out and replaced it with the correct one.

Gil from Aquaproof came out in April and spoke with us about cures for an infrequently leaking basement. We requested a plan for outdoor work only. He came back with an overall plan to solve the problem. We had spoken with several other consultants and thought perhaps we could do part of the project, see if it solves the problem, then if not, do the rest of the work. We realized this might be more expensive overall than just doing it all at once. Gil was willing to bid on just a portion of the job (drain pipe and gutters without sealing the foundation) and his bid seemed reasonable for the work involved. We had a couple other bidders, but their idea was to do even smaller projects which I thought would not solve the problem. Once we OK'd the bid from Aquaproof, we knew it would take a few months until they were able to do the work. By mid to late July, we noticed that underground piping had been marked and called Gil. He said they were planning to be out within a week. The crew showed up on time, were very professional, and finished the drainage work, including cleanup, within a day. The next day, Aquaproof sent a gutter company out to install the gutters. This work also was done quite professionally and quickly. A day or so later, Gil and the company owner came out to inspect the work and asked if they could leave an advertising sign in the front yard for a week or so, which we OK'd. Gil had been available immediately throughout the project by cell phone. I even called him a couple of times in advance to check on how their scheduling was going and he said no problem, even if I wanted to call more frequently. About 3 weeks or so after the project completion, we received a call from Gil mentioning that it had rained out by him and checking to make sure that the drain lines were working OK, which they were. At this point, we probably won't know for sure if the "cure" was successful for a year or so, since that is how frequently our basement leaked. However, if there still is a problem, we won't have any problem calling Aquaproof to do additional required work.

The owner was very responsible, his team was well supervised, courteous and they knew what they were doing. The estimate was half the price of the others. We have had huge rains since then and we've found no leaks. "There are two best things in my life; Angie's List and Consumer Report" and I lean more towards Angie's List because it offers more than the other. I would like to become a lifetime member if that is a possibility.

Great! Danny came to our house, located the source of the leak (under our front porch) and gave us a firm price for the work and an approximate date the work would be completed. We forgot to mention our Angie's List coupon til later, but he still gave us the discount. His workers came to make repair as promised, dug an 8 foot hole adjacent to and under the front porch, repaired the leak, replaced all the dirt and used their best efforts to replace the landscaping they needed to remove (we had our landscaper remove other plants). They reseeded the lawn where their trenching equipment tore up the grass. Danny also arranged to have some gutter work done, which was included in the price. We've had several heavy rains since the repair and no leaks.

They were very professional, and their price was exactly what they quoted it would be. The guys were easy to work with and it was a great experience. They did exactly what they said the would. They did accidentally break of a branch on one of my trees, but they apologized and promised to replace it if the tree died.

I liked them a lot except for their follow through, there something, a small detail that they were supposed to finish. Other than that they were professional I would consider them again in the future.

Called on 05/13/08 for estimate and Gil came on 05/17 to check the problem and give me an estimate. He was very clear in explaining the problem and how they would jackhammer the concrete, put in gravel, pipes, plastic and then recover with new cement and put in a sump pump, for a total estimate of $2,755.00. He warned me that it would be a very noisy and dusty job. Gil also advised that they were scheduling for 90 days out, but told me since it was a 1 day inside job, they might get to it sooner depending on the weather. On 06/05/08 I still hadn't heard from anyone about scheduling a date for repairs and called Gill, who assured me they would schedule it as soon as possible, but it might be very short notice since a lot of their work depends on the weather and whether they can work inside or out. On 07/09/08 Gill called and said they would be making the repairs on 07/10/08. His crew showed up first thing in the morning and immediately began work. They ran into several unexpected problems and the job turned out to be a little bigger than expected. This was the hardest working crew I have ever seen! These guys worked all day in the sweltering heat, both inside and outside. They installed the sump pump, ran a discharge line into the yard, re-seeded the grass and repaired the sidewalk where they had to cut through it. I have not had a drop of water in the basement since they finished.

The company showed up on time. They forgot their fan and I let them use mine and they didn't clean them when they were done. The owner bought me some new fans.

Before getting an estimate from these guys, two other places I got from Angie's List wanted almost $5000 to do this work. The other outfits used 2 plumbers/job, which is overkill to dig ditches, fit exterior pipe, and clean up, in my opinion. Aqua Proof was the only place that also included tamping the excess dirt back into the trench and spreading grass seed and straw (for obviously a lot less). They showed up on time with a small army of 5 guys who busted their rear ends the whole time and knocked out the job in about half a day. They saved me money by digging under sidewalks (other places wanted to rip it up and replace) and were careful to hand dig around landscaping and the gas line. They also came back out the next day to address a minor issue I didn't find until after I paid them at the end of the first day. I am extremely pleased with the work they completed and have referred them to two other friends already.

They were superb, they arrived on time, they were efficient in their installation and they cleaned up their mess. I did have to call them back to take care of some excess dirt but other than that I was very pleased.

We were very pleased with the work that they did. The crew worked very hard and stayed for long hours until the job was finished. Everybody was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have this kind of work done in the future.

The representative arrived on time for the estimate appointment, explained the water management system clearly and without pressure. After I signed the contract, they estimated two weeks to start, but then had an opening in less than a week. They had to remove bushes around the house that I had agreed to do in two weeks, but had no chance to get done, at no extra charge. The workers were polite, efficient and neat. They moved items in the basement to the center and covered with tarps. They made every effort to keep the house clean, helping me close ducts before drilling. They cleaned inside and outside before leaving. The replacement of the section of basement floor under the porch was a surprise; also the laundry tub replacement. We negotiated additional costs and I am satisfied with the result. Owner Danny Manley,visited every day. The company followed up after the first major rain following completion of the job, and after two months to confirm the basement was dry and I was satisfied. There have been three major storms and wet weather since installation five months ago. The basement is completely dry, and the backyard no longer has standing water after heavy rain.

I didn't use them, they did not seem interested in taking the job, it was apparently too small. I called another company who came out right away and fixed it with no problems.

They didn't do the work. They were supposed to be here for a 2pm appointment to estimate the work and they called shortly before they were supposed to be here. They asked what needed to be done over the phone and they offered to send the estimate in the mail without ever coming out to look at what needed to be done. That was the last time we heard from them.

They were prompt, they were professional, the crew worked well together, they did the job in one day as they promised, their price was reasonable, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They were very good and professional. They came in did the difficult work. They even had to go underneath the patio for part of the work but did not damage it at all. I would use them again.

On the day of the work, the crew was there bright and early. Danny found a third crack while re-inspecting the foundation. He gave us a reasonable price on this additional repair. His crew worked carefully, and did a conscientious job. The primary crack was particularly painstaking because of its depth and proximity to gas and electrical lines. They did a nice job of refilling the areas and cleaning up afterwards. We ve had several hard rains since and the basement is bone dry. Danny is also helpful in passing on general information regarding drainage, gutters, etc. Hope that you have no foundation leakage problems, but if one should occur, give Aquaproof a call.

Gil came over gave me a quote for the job and told me there was a 90 day waiting list. The work began only four days after the quote which was a very pleasant surprise. They did the whole job in one day and did a great job of cleanup that far exceeded my expectations. Our basement is now dry.

They were very neat. The system works well now, even in persistent rain. I have recommended them to neighbors.

After listening to our problem on the phone, the owner immediately suggested that we do a water test to determine the source of the leak and get back to him. This test suggested pinpointed our problem and we called him back and let him know. He came within a couple of days to our house. After taking a look and considering the age of our house he gave us a best possible solution at the lowest possible cost. He also gave us other possibilities which however he himself did not recommend that we do to fix the problem. The work was completed in a very timely manner. The only point of dissatisfaction is that we were not adequately warned about the amount of dust that the job would create, and despite putting up a plastic screen to cover the work area, dust covered our furniture and other items in the basement which had to be cleaned by us after the crew left. He also gave us two excellent references to put back the drywall, and to do some minor work on the gutters outside.
