This company fixed our water issues in one day. We have been struggling with water issues for a year and had several other companies install drains and give quotes and Aqua proof was the only company that did the work correctly. Absolutely amazing! Owner came out to view the job before hand and was very professional and insightful. He gave us details and information on his plan and explained it thoroughly. We were able to ask questions anytime throughout the quick process. The crew came and finished the job in one day. Everyone was extremely professional and genuine. They offer a lifetime guarantee and take pride in their work. It was a pleasure working with them as they work quickly and efficiently. If we ever have any other issues with water they will be the first and only people we call and refer to others.

Waited several weeks for the appointment. Verified the date and time the day before the appointment. Left a funeral early in order to be home on time. Waited one hour. No call. No show. Very disappointed.

I scheduled a meeting with the owner, he came out and surveyed the job, and i never heard back from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt of being busy and actually followed up (traded emails with the office manager Tracy). She stated the owner went out of town and I would have the proposal the following week. Unfortunately, i never heard from them, received a statement of work or quote for the job that was promised.

I cannot say enough good things about the guys doing the hard work. My neighbor said she didn't see them taking one break all day. They worked for 12 hours the second day to get the job done.

I was very pleased with their solution to a tough problem -- others had quoted much more and would have caused more destruction to the yard. The workers were professional and very nice.

Honest opinion, no hard sell, gave direction to address a problem more complex than could be easily solved.

When they removed section of concrete floor they thought that there was not a whole basement sump pump as assumed so new, more expensive plan was made. After they removed more concrete they determined they were wrong and that whole basement system was in place. Back to original plan, thank goodness. Other than that issue, things went well. We did have issue with the original caulk on the porch they applied. It was bright white and messy. I phoned contact person and he sent someone out within a few days to remove the caulk and replace with gray that matched the concrete better.

The crew was punctual, professional,, neat and clean.

I did not make it past the quote stage of the process. We had water issues in our basement and the quote would not be provided for the repairs unless both of us were present for the quote. I have significant issues with companies that will not provide quotes unless both parties are present. This policy feels dated and unnecessary. Felt like people should be notified of this policy before moving forward with this company or calling them.

There are 3 separate quotes, depending if I do all the way around the whole entire house or if I just do sections of it. The part I?m going to do right now is $4,200, I think, somewhere around there. I rated the quote an ?A?, that?s why I went back to them the second time when I needed something. Their knowledge and the way that they had handled the first job that they did is what stood out the most to me. I would rate the quote as very fair and very good. So far, they have been very good, but they haven?t done that work yet, just a quote. When they?ve come out, they have always been right on time. After the job, I may give them all ?F?s?, but up at this point, they?ve done nothing but good. In fact, I have recommended them to my neighbors and everybody else that I can talk to.

It was a little over 3,100. No excavating work yet. They are going to come back this spring and re-seed and all of that stuff, but they wanted to wait till spring first. Actually, they are fixing to come back in a few weeks and do a whole a lot more, a much larger area of the yard. My reason to recommend them to a friend is their knowledge and expertise. They were right on time.

They were great all round. They fixed a water leak by our basement door caused by the lay of the land outside which they regraded to alter the exterior water flow. It was easy to make the appointment for them to come and do an appraisal. I would definitely use them again.

Every aspect of the project was performed professionally and expertly. Aquaproof exceeded all of my expectations. I called several contractors after basement flooding during recent unusually heavy rainstorms. Most of them were unresponsive or uninterested. Aquaproof was the perfect solution to my problem. Mike came out quickly and spent a significant amount of time investigating and diagnosing the problem. He gave me a clear and understandable explanation of the issues and the potential solutions. We discussed the options and agreed a plan with which I was comfortable. The work consisted of three phases. A drain was installed along the foundation at the front of my house to deal with water that was pooling. A long drain was installed across my backyard to deal with water that was coming from adjacent (higher) properties making my lawn perpetually soggy and a window well drain was rebuilt as it was no longer functioning. The job was scheduled a few weeks out and the office was proactive in communicating my responsibilities for preparation and confirming the schedule. On the appointed day, the crew showed up with a large team and all of the equipment and materials needed. They worked steadily and professionally. I stayed home from work to observe and answer any questions and I was very pleased throughout. Luis and Dave, who ran the project were highly knowledgeable and energetic. I was amazed at how quickly the extensive project was completed. Everything was tidy and back in place when they were done. The job was finished in one long day rather than the two or three that may have been expected. As luck would have it, we had a major rainstorm shortly after the work was completed and my basement was completely dry and the new drainage worked perfectly. I cannot say enough positive things about Aquaproof and their fine organization. Highly recommended.

Well. Employees leave some to be desired but general hard labor doesn't attract professionals exactly. No incidents and they worked hard so no complaints.

I just called the office to see if first the company offered a free estimate. The woman answering the phone asked me what the problem was and I told her that we had a leak in a window well (I think). Of course I really don't know what the problem is other than we have a leak in our basement that's why I was calling a professional. I told her we had 4 window wells and I wasn't really sure what was causing the leak. She then told me that she wasn't sure if we would meet their $2,000.00 minimum - and asked me if I had "water tested" the window wells. I told her no and that I would just call another company. I guess the company doesn't need the business.

I called as Aqua Proof was recommended and I looked at reviews here. I was going to get several other estimates so was stretching over a week or so. I was told someone named Dan would call me back - but no call 3 days later. So, I call end back and was told that Dan either just kept forgetting or was too backed up to call me. I then asked how long until I could get someone out to give me an estimate - was told 2 weeks at best & then I said how long to work could start - mid-NOVEMBER! Sure would have been nice to hear that first! No apology for the no-call back. Not a way I would run a business!

went well - Aqua Proof's guy showed up in a timely fashion and took out the old pump and put a new pump in - we also had a quote done for crack in our basement - not proceeding with that work at this time

Aquaproofing did an excellent job of water proofing our basement. Our stone foundation had been leaking since we purchased the house 30 years ago. My wife had had it with the constant water flooding the back room in the basement, even though we had 2 sump pumps to contain the water, we still had water on the floor during most rains. She was also concerned about mold but also the issue of a leaky basement if we decided to sell the home down the road. Aqua came in as scheduled to gives us an estimate. I explained the issue , they surveyed the area and provided several solutions that could address the situation. What they proposed was logical and not over kill like another company that advertises nationally thru a radio personality. I received a quote the next day with two options and a lifetime guaranty for the work performed, transferable to the next home owner. The estimate was a great value vs the total house approach the other company proposed to get a guaranty from them. We received a preliminary start date, and waited until we received a call to confirm 2 weeks ahead that they would be there. The day the job started, they showed up with an army of workers 12-16 guys with excavators, and lots of material. Our yard was a war zone like the movie the Money Pit which we expected based on the work required, so no surprise other than how many people came ...We were introduce to the supervisors and went over the work once again before they begin. They estimated the work would take 2-3 days which I could not believe it could be done. They would come back in the spring to replace the AC units and regrade with topsoil, seed and straw all affected areas. They completed the work as promised even though we had snow on the ground and 5 F temperature outside. Hard workers for a difficult task. Very friendly and addressed and any issues or concerns we had immediately. We have not had any water or humidity issues since the work was performed and regained a huge part of our basement. The grass is coming back and could not be happier that we finally made the decision to get this done. Highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. We received two $100 coupons for referrals and hope to get more :-)

We were impressed with Aquaproof from our first contact with the company. All emails and phone calls were responded to promptly, appointment times for the quote and the work were adhered to, and the crew worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I waited a while to post a review to make sure the drainage system worked well, and after numerous rains since install we have had no standing water issues in our yard. We were very impressed with their customer service and the quality of work!

Dug a trench around the basement perimeter directing water to a sump pump they installed. Removed the trench dirt from the basement bucket by bucket and hauled it off in a truck. They placed plastic on the tiled floor to protect it. Ensured everything was covered and sealed all the down to the floor with plastic to protect from the dust of the jack hammer. Repaired any wall cracks, sealed them, installed thin sheets of plastic over that to ensure that any water that might still get through got directed into the drain trench. Replaced outside window wells and directed water from them and the interior sump to a underground drainage pipe they installed. These guys worked their butts off! They wanted to make the customer has happy, and they did. The basement was left as spotless as they could before they left. We are very pleased with our dry basement. After an extremely wet spring, we haven't seen one bit of water since! Excellent company!

I was very impressed with this company throughout the whole process. The representative who came to assess our issue was very professional; was clearly knowledgeable; explained things to my understanding; worked with me to plan a phased project to help me with cost. When the workers came, they were very punctual, friendly, did great work (even did a bit more on extending the drainage when they recognized it was needed). I was especially impressed and pleased with their cleanup. They put down dirt, grass seed and hay, and one worker (may have been the foreman) even went through the yard and picked up clods of dirt that had been spread in the yard during the work. And to top it off, another worker pressure washed our driveway which is quite long - beyond the area they used to work from. The work seems to have fixed our issue of water getting into the basement which we are very pleased about. I would highly recommend them and look forward to them completing phase two of our project soon!

Danny Manley worked with us and the engineer to identify the appropriate remedies and complete the work in time to allow us to close on time. I can't say enough about how he went out of his way to facilitate the entire process.

No broken promises .... no excuses .... no hidden charges ..... no gimmicks. This company has been professional from the first time I called them to come out and give an estimate, up to the conclusion of the job. I am very impressed and very happy with the finished project. Contractor came out twice to review the scope of work and bid the job. After the contract was signed, the contractor called to say they didn't want to do the work because permitting in the City cost too much even though the contract said they would obtain the permit. They obviously were not thorough in determining costs before bidding. I said that I would pay half the fees just to keep the work progressing. After much back and forth, the contractor finally agreed to that compromise and would proceed. Again, because they had not verified City requirements, they got into a situation where they had to pass a test with the sewer district. They were unable to pass the test and therefore I was forced to release them from the contract. Their lack of thoroughness was very disappointing.
