Was looking for some to investigate new cracks in my basement floor. Upon sending pictures to Brent at AquaProof. I received a quick response and he determined I did not need a major repair and I could just seal the cracks. His candor and honesty were greatly appreciated in a case were he could have done work for big $$ that would not have addressed what is a minor issue. Great response and integrity. If I ever have a real problem AquaProof will be my first call!

Mom had many unsuccessful attempts to repair her leaky basement. I researched several contractors and selected a handful of the best candidates for a bid. There was one bidder lower than Aquaproof, but that bidder did not instill confidence in their ability to deliver. Other bids were more than Aquaproof and one was nearly double. Aquaproof's bidding process and presentation focused more on solving the problem rather than a sales presentation or slight of hand shenanigans. The choice was a no-brainer. The concrete block basement walls were caving in and there were cracks in the mortar between the blocks. Aquaproof strengthened the walls with steel beams, installed a second sump pump on the opposite side of the house, put in a draining systems outside the basement walls and re-routed the old sump pump drain from the driveway through the yard out to the curb sewer. My engineer uncle was impressed with their thoroughness. The charges came in less than the bid and they performed extra work that was not included in the bid. Aquaproof owner visited my mom to ensure that she was satisfied and that Aquaproof employees performed to her expectations. I am thankful to Aquaproof for solving this issue for me. Unfortunately, there are many contractors preying on elderly homeowners. If you have an elderly relative with a foundation problem, call Aquaproof. They will not take advantage of them.

Proposed a "Cadillac" solution that we rejected for cost. Delivered second more modest proposal, well explained. Solution works very well.

A man named James C. came out instead of Danny Manley, to give me an estimate on a project in my back and side yards. He kept interrrupting me when I was trying to explain to him about the previous work I had done. I had to repeat myself 3 times and he still kept cutting me off condescending to me as a woman. He would not adequately answer my questions but instead blew them off talking over me. He asked me over and over the same question I had already answered several times and he did not instill any confidence in me that he even listened or cared about what I was trying to convey in vain. He was very rude and told me he wasn't going to bother to write up an estimate or a work proposal and walked off without a care in the world. He told me he wasn't going to waste his time giving me a written proposal. He was very unprofessional and he didn't do what the company said he would do which is to give me the estimate I asked for. He did not represent this company well AT ALL. I wouldn't ever use these people...if this is their best foot forward, what is it gonna be down the road into the project. As someone with a degree in a field relating to Customer Service. I have no choice but to give this particular representative an F.

We could not have been happier with the service from start to finish. We had been dealing with draining issues in our home since we purchased it two years ago. After having other companies come out and give us no answer on how to solve the problem, Aquaproof was able to design a system that worked for us and our current budget. We were visited first for an estimate and proposal of work to be done and then visit prior to work starting. We were given a clear idea of what would happen, how long it would take and the results to expect. Everyone we worked with from the office staff to the workers who performed the services was friendly and helpful. We would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to solve water issues in their home!

I've been digging a corner of my old stone foundation to seal it due to water getting into my basement. I ran into some surprises including large tree roots against the foundation and possible clay downspout issues. Danny returned my call quickly and provided me with very knowledgeable information about the best way I should proceed if I were to continue to do the work myself. I could tell he spoke from experience. I requested an estimate in the event I decided to have him do the work instead. I would definitely recommend using Aquaproof.

There were no high pressure sales. They came out and told me what needed to be done and provided contingencies if they ran into problems. They were punctual and efficient in completing the task. They completed the task on time and within budget. I would definitely hire them again.

My basement got quite a bit of water in it twice this winter after rain / snow melting. I called Aquaproof and James came out the next workday. He was very professional and not high pressure at all. After signing the contract they came out about week later. Almost all the work was completed in one day. The workers were professional and cleaned up when they were finished. The electrician came out a different day, which Aquaproof took care of setting up which I appreciated. Marty from Best Electric was great very professional and quick. I would call him if I needed other electrical work done. I'm not sure if they were the cheapest price, but the quality of the work was very good and they got the work done very quickly.

Their crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The clean-up after the job was done left our cellar and lawn in better shape than before they started the job. Everything that was done from the initial visit and quote to the completion of the work exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them in the future.

Very impressed with the whole crew. They were out there from 8AM to sometimes 7PM in freezing temperatures.

We found them on Angie's List. The sump pump is working very well now. We chose them because the person who came out for the estimation process laid out a very good plan for us and their bid came in a little cheaper than two of the other companies. They did a good job and their price was within a few hundred dollars from the price of everyone but we have not had that kind of work done before. We have not had any problems since then but one of the workers ended up talking to my neighbor and gave them something that was not true. If we ever have any problems, we will certainly use them again.

They did the job as described on the day agreed and completed work on schedule. There were a few issues they need to come back and fix and have agreed to do it. Unfortunately we still have water in the basement but they are planning to return this week to fix it. More to follow after work in fixed.

The estimator recommended a fix, but said that another company would do just as well with a better warranty. I really appreciate the honesty and the candor.

My mom could not be happier. She was very impressed with the professionalism that everyone presented. They took great care to protect her carpet, and did exactly what they said they would do to fix the problem. And they even did several extra that really impressed my mom. They even fixed the bathroom sink and basement facet! I was not able to record all the great things my mom had to say!

Danny Manley called before coming, showed up on time, listened well, and was very honest and personable in dealing with us. After a close inspection and a lot of questions, he recommended we have a Structural Engineer look at the cracks. His initial opinion was to leave the cracks alone as the situation didn't appear to be getting worse. The Structural Engineer agreed. Danny didn't charge anything for the visit and inspection. We were very pleased at his competence, experience, integrity, and professionalism, and would definitely use him again!

We have not had a leak problem since the repair.

They were easy to work with and come out right away every time additional work is needed for basement. They have done additional work to our yard and have always done a good job.

Waterproofed a small crack in foundation. The whole experience was very good. They are not the cheapest but the quality of work is just as good.

All needed permits were obtained from Cincinnati and the utility companies marked all underground services prior to the work. There have been at least two very heavy rain days since the work and there has been no water in the basement. We are quite pleased with the result.

The work was very good, got it done very fast. Got it done within 3 days. They left dust all in my house, I had to hire cleaining company to finish that. Danny was very rude, and was supposed to have a guy come out to clean the gutters as a courtesy. When they came back out they tried to upsell me and get more money out of me. Danny claimed that he never said he was going to replace some screens for me. And made it like he didn't make any money from me. And got off the phone rather abruptely. When discussing the screening. We also had wire shelving throught my laundry room, and they had to take it out to get to it. And never put it back up for me even till this day.

Yes for proof arrived early and work straight through the day under difficult conditions. They dug trench along the back foundation wall. Install drain tile and sump pump. In addition they corrected an outside drainage problem. They connected existing downspouts and trenched in a drain tile. To carry rainwater away from the house. It was a clever and well executed It went very well. In very messy conditions the crew work all day. I was folded a very fair price. Even when difficulties consume more time than was planned, the company stuck by their bids very good company doing very good work.I would recommend anyone needing basement repair. .

Very responsive to my requests, quality work

I was EXTREMELY impressed with Danny the owner, and his entire crew. He came out the very day I called and started work the next day. It was completed in less than three days and is guaranteed for life. This guarantee also is transferable. I could not have been more impressed nor more grateful for the work that Danny and company did. He was extremely professional, did *exactly* what needed to be done, and then some. I am so thankful and grateful for Aquaproof! While I hope to never need these type of services again, I would not hesitate to call him if I did and would not even consider another company. He has certainly gone above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. I would VERY highly recommend Aquaproof to anybody that needs this kind of work.

Fantastic! They completed the job in 2 1/2 days - they had 13 men working from approximately 8:30 am until 8:00 pm the first 2 days. Amazed about how fast they worked--it was like "non-stop"! One neighbor up the street (who I had never met) drove by a couple days after completion and said "It looks as though nothing had been done to your foundation and shrubbery and done in just a couple of days!" I waited as we had lots of rain - checked basement 3-4 times/day when rained and no leaks! Danny Manley and his workers could not have been nice enough, polite and helpful. I highly recommend the Aquaproof team! Also, if I had any questions or concerns Danny Manley got back to right away.

We had a problem with standing water in our backyard. Our home is built on a concrete slab and although we are on a hill the neighboring homes directly behind and beside us are higher still. Therefore water runs off their yard into ours where the house forms a natural blockage to the water and settles into the backyard. After a heavy rain we can have standing water for up to three days. Also the downspouts on the back and north side of the house were discharging onto concrete slabs. Water would run off the slab and pool on the foundation landscaping. In the summer time this was conducive to mosquitoes. They sent a large crew of six to eight men and got the entire job done in one day. It will take a very heavy rainfall to test the new system, but we have had two light rains without any issues. We anticipate this will take care of problem. They are very busy and it took them over three months to come out to do the work after we paid the deposit. Paying $2,000 and then waiting over three months for anyone to show up was a little disconcerting, but James had warned us that they would not be able to come out until months later. When they did make an appointment they showed up at the specified time and got the work done in a single day. They did forget to connect one downspout by the front door to the new underground discharge pipe, but James sent someone the very next day to take care of it. I confirmed that the downspout was connected to the discharge pipe by taking a hose and running water down the spout from the gutter. They did put grass seed down over the parts they dug up and covered it with hay, but they are not landscapers. It will take considerable spot seeding to get the yard looking good again in the spring.
