We specialize in residential repair and replacement of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and electrical systems, as well as drain clearing and main sewer line repair. We service Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are on time. We know your time is valuable, so Apollo promises to arrive at your home within the time window you select. If our technician doesn’t arrive on time, we’ll waive the service charge.* Repairs are Breakdown Free. If the same part or repair fails in the first year, we guarantee to replace the part and do the repair again for free.* We offer Peace of Mind. We accept responsibility for your complete 100% satisfaction with the operation of the equipment and service provided by Apollo and paid for by you. If you are dissatisfied with our work, we will promptly correct the problem or keep working until the problem is resolved. HVAC Lemons Not Allowed. Your entire heating or cooling unit installed by Apollo will be replaced by Apollo at NO CHARGE if your heat exchanger or AC compressor fails within 20 years of the installation date.** Apollo Home technicians, plumbers, and electricians are professionals who are trained to be experts in their fields and have received hundreds of hours of training from Apollo Home through our industry-certified education program, Apollo Home University. All of our HVAC technicians, electricians and plumbers wear an Apollo Home uniform and undergo a rigorous background check. The process includes drug testing, criminal check and drivers check. All are licensed and insured. We’re proud of our team and want you to be comfortable with them in your home. Feel free to ask them questions! Description of Work: Jim Toth cleaned, drained, and adjusted my 12-year old gas hot water heater which had not been serviced since I bought it. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions. He recommended I return the 'blanket' I had planned to install since my heater already had insulation, and with my low usage (I live alone) and low setting (120 degrees), I could save more energy on other projects. He said I could set it even lower than 120 if I use the optional extra heat setting on my dishwasher (which I rarely use). He recommended I finish insulating the hot water pipes and install a carbon monoxide detector. He understood my desire to save not only money but energy and CO2 emissions. The price of $81 includes a discount for adding the hot water heater to my 'Gold' contract for the servicing of my furnace and AC.

Description of Work: Jim Toth cleaned and adjusted my gas furnace, inspected it for carbon monoxide and set it to peak efficiency. He advised me on the best type of filter, recommended I get a carbon monoxide detector and answered my questions. He also drained, cleaned and adjusted my hot water heater which had never been done in the 12 years I've had it. When I called a day later to say that I was getting too much heat, he came back at no charge and adjusted the thermostat so it doesn't stay on so long. I'm very happy with it now. I've had a "Gold" contract with Apollo for a year now and this is the third time they've cleaned and serviced my furnace or AC, all three technicians have been very professional in their work as well as going the extra mile to answer questions and be sure that I'm satisfied. The office staff is also very helpful and pleasant, when I asked if they also serviced hot water heaters they let me add it to my contract at a discount.
