Description of Work: Cleaned and tuned up my furnance for $49.00. They are the very best at what they do. No pressure and a complete explanation of services performed. Even a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with the services performed. I have used Apollo for many years abd they always exceed my expectations. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Description of Work: Apollo was great! The technician Antonio came out at 8:30 pm and found the problem in two minutes. He was very helpful and explained the problem to us while fixing the problem in about 30 minutes. We were able to have heat right away.

Description of Work: On this visit, Apollo unclogged a drain and fixed a broken drain pipe under our kitchen sink. We were no aware the pipe was broken. The cost for repair was reasonable. I especially appreciate the professionalism of the Apollo service providers. We have only had great experience with Apollo.

Description of Work: Person told me I would need a complete rebuild of water line from basement to kitchen that would entail going through my walls and quoted me a A riduculous rate. Called another plumer who took care of the problem for $125. Wish I had called him first.

Description of Work: Apollo team arrived on time -- were courteous and professional. Listened, asked good questions and before doing anything that could be disturbing (cutting, noise, etc.) checked in with me. Were excellent in explaining general maintenance issues and next steps I need to consider as our unit is at the age of likely replacement in the next year or so. Took their time to take apart and clean out accumulated leaves and muck in the outside unit. Definitely will plan to call them again!

Description of Work: Service was well done and the service personnel was friendly and professional. However we were unaware that there was a service charge in addition to the special deal price. We should have read the deal details with more care. We can get this same serviice locally for a lesser fee.

Description of Work: Apollo provides the twice per year service of a HVAC system that they installed. The technicians have always been courteous, clean, and professional. This last service was typical with phone confirmation the day before and a call from the tech when he was on his way. Bryan was knowledgeable and performed the service promptly and provided a full review of the status of our system when the inspection and cleaning was complete.

Description of Work: Heat pump was running but I was not getting any cold air, temp went up to 84. Since it was in the evening, I called and said I needed someone the next day. They called me back in the morning and said teck would be here between 10 and 12. Bill Q. arrived on time and quickly found the problem. There was leak in the unit, he fixed it, added coolant and did a leak check inside and olut. Bill was very professional and friendly. Good at his job. Since I have a contract it did not cost me anything. I have used Apollo for many years and have been very satisfied.

Today, the technician Chad L. arrived on time and was, as usual, completely thorough and professional, taking the time to care for our home furnishings while getting the AC tune-up job done. Description of Work: A/C went out on Friday a few weeks ago at 3:30. I was thinking no A/C for the hot weekend. I called. Two servicemen arrived about 5:00 and they had A/C up and running in a short period of time. Technicians very customer oriented. Their rapid response much appreciated. No charge-part of the annual service agreement.

Description of Work: Apollo has maintained my 20+ year old furmace for a while. When I purchased the house last July, I continued using them. They have a great maintenance contract program, which paid for itself when the time came for my furnace to be replaced. On each ocassion that I have needed heating cooling or plumbing repairs, Apollo was incredbliy responsive and helpful. They were able to prolong the life of the furnace, and when it was time to replace it, I was provided options and everything was completely explained. The work was done promplty and I was treated with courtesy and respect. Apollo is very customer focused--it has staff on call 24/7 and when needed, I received same day service. They submitted paperwork to Duke Energy on my behalso that I could get the current rebate for purchasing a high efficiency furnace. Everyone I've met at Apollo has been wonderful.

Description of Work: They do heating & ac tune ups for us. We have a second unit above our bedroom and they were the only ones who could fix it.

Description of Work: I called early in the morning to schedule an appointment. They told me a service person would call me back. They did not call to schedule an appointment. I called them to see when they would arrive and they told me it would be several days later. We went a day without an AC because of the delay.

Description of Work: We contacted Apollo to get an estimate on changing out our boiler. They spent a good deal of time inspecting our system before coming up with an estimate. The estimate seemed very high considering what needed to be done, but they tried to convince us that it's because they are so much better than everyone else. We were not convinced, and so decided to use another contractor. I even contacted them requesting a breakdown of the costs in the estimate, and was ignored.

Description of Work: Apollo advertised 24/7 service but, would not come out on a Sunday. The person who called back recommened I call another company who was great.

Description of Work: I used to be an Apollo customer, but I will never be again. Although I absolutely can not prove that the Apollo service technician lied to us when he told us our heat exchanger was cracked, it is what I personally believe and in fact our heat exchanger was in generally great condition. Unfortunately for me, I only found this out after my old system was torn apart and I had already agreed to pay another contractor to replace it. Apollo did not get the replacement business because they were more than 25% higher than most other bids. After finding out the system wasn't cracked in the first place I will never trust this company for any of my future HVAC needs.

Description of Work: I have a 12-year-old water heater. I had Apollo service it when they came to perform the annual service on my furnace. They did a great job. After leaving I noticed the pressure relief valve was leaking water. I called Apollo. They came out and replaced the valve, no charge. Great people to work with. Bill, their service technician is very friendly and really takes an interest in the customer.

Description of Work: Called the company for emergency service for a furnace that was not working--they took down our information and said that they would call back to give us an update on the availability of one of their tech's. They did not call back.
