Description of Work: Performed an annual furnace tune-up. During the process, identified cracks in the heat exchanger. The technician showed me the cracks so I know it was real and not one of those scams that you may have seen in the news. The part was replaced, although it took two appointments because he incorrect part was received the first time. The technician was very professional, and always wore covers over his boots so dirt was not trekked on the floors and carpet clean.

Description of Work: After having many canceled appointments for plumbing inspection, it finally happened. I pay for a platinum plan and expect prompt attention not 4 canceled appointments.The first inspection in June was so minimal only kitchen sink and water heater.At the same day I had a furnace inspection. The tech person used me hose to squirting water into my crawl space to clean filters on the fresh air intake instead of going into the crawl space removing those filters and washing them outside.That person never reconnected my hose. I have been a customer paying for maintenance plans for over 7 years. This year was so disappointing I was ready to can cell Plana and find a new company to handle plumbing and heating .

Description of Work: In August I had a problem with my garbage disposer. It was jammed, as it had been jammed in the past. When it jams there is a hex nut that can be turned to unjam. The first visit this was done. Less then three weeks later it jammed again. This time the technician explained the problem - OLD. The prior technician did not explain OLD - so I did not have to pay again for the same service. This was good. I would use Apollo home services again if the need arises.
