My AC stopped working on Wednesday. I had Apollo take a look and they were extremely adamant that the best course of action would be to replace the unit because it was improperly installed, had a leak and it would be more economical to just replace it versus repairing it. They recommended replacing the furnace as well for a total of 10-12k. I was near tears! I was also skeptical because the unit was only seven years old. So I got on yelp and Apollo had a 2 star rating. United heating and plumbing had a 5 star rating so I called him for a second opinion. Matt an older gentleman was amazing, ethical, caring and helped me to diagnose the issue and got my AC working over the phone! I had him service the unit just in case and he was wonderful. My total bill was $208! When I called he immediately listed off issues it could be and suggested that some companies use a scare/savior approach. He said they give you worst case scenarios and then save you by saying they can replace the unit the next day. That is exactly what happened!! He suggested maintaining the unit with small repairs and making it last as long as possible before spending the money to replace it. I would highly recommend him if anyone has any issues. I am appalled during these times that Apollo would put me at such a financial risk all for greed. With all the issues I’ve had with subpar contractors it was so refreshing to have someone actually care about what he does and his customers. I feel like I won the lottery! Whew!

I am VERY impressed by how professional and comfortable with everything that was found regarding my AC. He did not try and sell me anything.. just told me whats going on with my AC. Because my AC is getting old.. I will be needed a new AC unit as soon as the existing unit stops running..and my AC guy already has AC units for me to choose from ONCE my AC unit goes out. VERY CONVIENENT!

Josh showed up on time and was extremely professional. He explained a little about the company and went right to work. He trouble shot numerous things and it turned out to be a bad CB in box. He also checked all switches, lights and electrical outlets in the 2 affected rooms. Extremely pleased and will use again.

The Tech, Alex, was very competent.... as I have a complicated system (UNICO) so there is a higher level Skill Level needed to do the job RIGHT!! He also went beyond the normal work expected to help me with a few ancillary things.....

1-) Tyler did an awesome job... BUT... he did not have ALL the equipment needed to do the entire sewer cleaning... as a camera is needed to assess how bad the sewer pipes were. He did not have a camera and that is part of the sewer cleaning. 2-) Again, Tyler was AWESOME!!!. 3-) Although Appollo was very fast at getting with me to set up the appt. Within ONE day.. I had a scheduled appt. :) The only thing that bothers me as a customer is that the people I spoke to on the phone when setting up the appt.. promised me a service but the service that was promised was not fulfilled. Appollo promised to come snake my sewer drain and run a camera down the drain to give me an idea of what problems I have in the sewer pipe. Appollo also promised that they would assess all my plumbing issues and from what Appollo finds that I can set up different packages or itemize each project so I know what plumbing issues that I need tending to... but that did not happen. 4-) I had to take off of work to have Appollo finish the sewer clean out.. meaning.. to get that camera down the drain. 5-) I have to take off work once again... for appollo to come an assess by plumbing issues :( So far… I have to set up 3 different appts for appollo to give me what was promised on my original phone calls with appollo. I also got the $199 yearly service plan... which I wonder now... if what I was told regarding the service plan... if it is what I was promised :( Update: It went great! I love Kellan :) Such a professional employee. I learned more about my plumbing than I ever knew before. It was interesting to see him work and explain things ;)

Apollo was wonderful to work with. Scheduling was easy, with very friendly staff. Our technician was extremely friendly and didn’t mind working around our pets. He was also professional and left our bathroom just as clean as he found it.

Our service tech(Liam) did an excellent job in helping to rewire and install lights in our basement. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He performed his job quickly, cleanly, as well as providing a professional installation appearance in the finished product. Apollo's technician was superb! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He came in with a positive attitude (and a smile) despite having an extra long day. He arrived on time, made a quick assessment of the problem and offered solutions. He replaced our pump sump with mastery in no time. Great service!

John F was able to diagnose issue, made complicated by heavy rainfall and likely roof leak. The good news is that John with help from colleague was able to diagnose and find blockage causing leakage. The bad news is that blockage was likely missed by an earlier tuneup. But to leave on a positive note, Apollo did not charge for the service appointment.
