He was very friendly and clean. He did not charge me for an extra trip cost. He came back to fix the problem immediately after I called him the next day. Chris Kelly was the man that came out to do the work and he was very kind.

We found this company to be expensive and rather "secretive" about their equipment. They have private branding on their furnaces and Air Conditioners but would not tell us who the original manufacturer was so we could do our research on them. They were responsive and actually came out twice to look at the job which was good but their pricing structure was pretty inflated. We knew what the actual cost was of the type of furnace we wanted and on their private branded price list this particular type of furnace was triple what it really cost so that made us wonder how over inflated the labor, etc. was in the estimate.

They were a quality company. Price competitive with others. They are a bit too sales focused.

Repairman came early, as they called to let me know there was an opening. Arrived on time, spent a good two hours on fixing a problem part in the compressor. The repairman was courteous, informative, and knowledgeable.

They worked in a timely manner. They actually made an effort to get there before the scheduled appointment. They did a very good job.

While he was there, the technician had to unplug my freezer to plug in their equipment and he forgot to plug it back in. So I called the company to tell them about the issue and they asked me how much the food was worth and I had a check for the approximate cost in my hand 2 days later. When the technician came back out to do more work, he was very apologetic. They are a very honest company. I would absolutely hire them again and I have already recommended them.

Paul was on time. He talked a lot, but worked the entire time. He ensured the carpets and furniture was not dirty, or damaged from the machinery. He worked efficiently and carefully.

I got a $200 lower price from Tarvin plumbing for same water heater, so went with them.

Normal service of gas furnace, replaced filter in humidifier. Showed me a small leak inside furnace explaining that it will have to be replaced within a year. Did not press to do so right away.

Technicians are knowledgeable and personable. Prompt service. Good. As advertised. Our long experience 20+ years has been very good.

We were last on his list - he got here around 5:00 & stayed a couple of hours. He seemed to know his stuff. One minor issue is that, although he did say he was going to have to replace some items, he didn't say anything about how much it would be. I was surprised when the bill was two times as much as I expected. (Of course, I also didn't ask for specifics, but I was in the middle of cooking dinner and was distracted). About a week later the furnace stopped working. Because it was "broken" our home warranty would cover it, so through them, a different company came out. They found that the filters were very dirty and said they should be cleaned or replaced - I was surprised Apollo hadn't mentioned that. However, when he was done, there was one other non-vital part that had needed to be replaced, so he thought he'd be coming back for that. In general, a mixed experience.

We were pleased with the work preformed by Apollo. The workmen were courteous. They came when they said they would, and stayed late as required. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and no significant trash remained on site. They answered questions from us, as the job progressed and provided intelligent answers. The models installed, were the first they had received from the new model line. The job was expected to take 3 days to complete. The wiring diagrams were non-existent for the new model. It took another 4 days to get the wiring problems solved. We were never left with a non-functioning unit during this trouble-some period and it was rapidly heating up outside. To Apollo's credit, they did not stop work until a solution could be researched. They stayed with the job until a satisfactory resolution was found. Many phone calls with the equipment manufacturer transpired during the installation. They have a very competent knowledgeable staff to see the job through to completion.

Paul called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and considerate when entering my home, promptly putting on shoe covers as not to track in dirt. He was through and even used his wet/dry vac to clean out each vent as he went along. It took about 4 1/2 hours total to complete the job.

The Apollo salesperson Jamie Gretchen was very polite and honest. When I asked about a chimney liner, he told me the truth, that they were not required, but recommended. Everyone else told me they were required. The installers were on time and polite. They identified themselves and got right to work. In fact one was injured on the job and instead of slowing the job, they sent out a replacement to work while he was at the ER. In fact, I didn't even know he was injured until the replacement showed up. They cleaned up after themselves and they kept me informed of what was going on and took time to explain things to me. This installer crew worked well together and helped each other. Even the crew member that had to go to the ER, returned to the job site the same day to finish up. That is dedication. The price seems high, but with what our house needed and the equipment we received, the price was in the range of other estimates we obtained.

They are great! I would not use anyone else!

They were very good. For anyone concerned about fitting a system in a historic home, their mini-system is perfect. Everyone that comes thinks that the system is some kind of lighting, because the ducts are so small.

The salesperson was thorough. They were selling a high-quality product line, installation, & start-up. Personnel were excellent.

They have started raising their prices, and the service has been declining.

I am a highly rated (Angie's List)remodeler. I called upon Apollo for this job, as they have a reputation as specialists in older home HVAC systems. Over the years, I have actually referred customers to them. The job was quoted by Apollo at a very generous hourly rate of $100 for one man, plus materials. Would likely be close to $4000. Just as I began discussing scheduling with them, I was sent an email explaining that they have decided to decline the job because it might become complicated - actually referred me to Geiler Company. I was more than a little inconvenienced by this rather unprofessional action, and would never again consider calling on Apollo for anything. Seems they cannot be trusted to follow through on quoted work.

In our experience, the servicemen who came out were lacking in the area of professionalism. Overall, the job was pretty good though, and I would use them again.

I felt this system was reasonably priced. The company followed up on the workmanship. I have no complaints.

They moved the hot water tank from it's base-house filled w/carbon monoxide-cinergy had us leave home stayed in hotel that night. We have a brick house- had to open exterior wall to vent the furnace my husband noticed it leaking before they left for the day-my husband told them they had put the vent at an incorrect angle-they assured it was fine. Called them that evening after cinergy left told they would be there 8 a.m did not arrive till after 9-head tech. Saw the angle was wrong had to open another hole in the wall-left a mess.

The technician appeared knowledgeable and related several services to other hot water systems including several large apartment complexes. He was courteous, polite and wore bootes to avoid tracking through the house. He took the extra step of consulting with the resident engineer to insure he had make the best recommendation. A 30 day no cost home call accompanied the service. This is the second time we have called Apollo and would expect to call them again if future problems in their area of expertise occur.

Apollo came to our house to do the estimate. They explained the options and helped us make a good decision. Apollo was more expensive than other companies, but we trusted them based on prior experience to do a better job on our 110 year old house. On installation day, we had to call them back to turn on the furnace. Apollo sends out a special technician to adjust the furnace on the initial start. They neglected to tell us that we had to call the building inspector when the job was done for final inspection. Overall, we are happy with their work and the service.

We have used apollo in the past to install a new air conditioner and they did a thorough job. We have been happy with their overall work. They were professional, and on-time. Their price is a little high, but seems fair for their work. I'm sure we will call them in the future if we need any additional work done on our furnace or air conditioner.
