I like the fact that they are very prompt and very clean. They clean everything up and they exlain everything very well.

They were really good. I was very pleased. The tech was very professional and found the previous work done was done incorrectly and causing us to waste natural gas. He came back a couple days later to install the thermostat because he didn't have one with him. He came on time, showed us how to use it and explained central air. Their price is very reasonble.

I purchased a service contract with them, which is a fantastic deal, because they come out and service your furnace, and then also air-conditioning when it is spring. They are just fantastic. They always wear the footies and always make sure they clean up all of their mess. They are always friendly and they also will explain things to you. I have never had a poor experience with them ever.

Everything was absolutely first rate.

They installed a new blower in my heater. They originally came out to clean it, but I had to call them in the middle of the night to come and fix it. The pricing was reasonable. This is the second time that they have done repairs on my heater, so I will continue to use their services in the future.

They are very good and call to schedule every appointment. They do the work great all of it is just fine.

They were very professional to deal with, but they were a little bit too expensive and more than I wanted to pay. They did show up on time though, and were very quick to accommodate my schedule for an installation. I appreciated their flexibility and professionalism and I would recommend that someone look at them for heating and AC but not for hot water heaters.

Arrived on time but had to return to distribution center because wrong parts were loaded on truck (lost one hour due to this). Work was completed after six hours.

I had another company come out and tell me that it needed to be replaced completely. Apollo came out and was able to repair it and get all of the parts that they needed to get it done with no problems. The technicians were very courteous and took his time, but finished quickly and I was happy that I did not need to have it replaced.

Denny came when he was supposed to, thoroughly cleaned the work area and explained how to handle the electronic air cleaner. I was very pleased with the service.

Visit went very well. They were on time and responsive to my questions. They also made some suggestions for improving performance and explained how I could complete myself to avoid additional cost.

The experience was very good. They worked with me to pick the right furnace for my needs. They gave me a very clear estimate. They put everything in writing and gave me a good price and got the work done in a day.

I signed a service contract with Apollo and was under contract for almost 3 years. After the first year, I had to call THEM to schedule my semi-annual service, and then it was usually well into the season before they could make it out. I ended up with a clog in the drain on my furnace, which backed up all over that part of the basement, if they had been better at scheduling this would not have happened. I changed to another company and they showed me my air conditioning coil (which was supposed to have been cleaned once a year) The back coil was completely clogged with debris, there was no way that it had been cleaned in several years. The new company also suggested that my fan motor on my furnace be pulled and cleaned. (It was covered with dust and dirt-which makes the motor work harder) He explained that usually this was an extra charge with most companies and I'm fine with that, but Apollo never recommended this being done. I'm very disappointed with their scheduling and lack of preventative maintenance. Both of my units are 5 or more years old and that is why I did the service agreement. I feel that it was a waste of my money to go with Apollo!

Overall the experience was good. Dan was punctual and professional. I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that you did not know the "brand name" of the unit begin installed, even though the warranties were comparable with other companies estimates that I was getting. Decision was made to go with another company solely on price.

The technician went to the basement and left the filter out of the furnace and left it on the basement floor and had taken apart the furnace partially and did not put it back together. I did not go to the basement to check the work because the technician said everything was OK and it seemed that just the thermostat needed replacement. He told me I could turn on the A/C. A few days later, I went down into the basement and saw how the furnace had been left. When Apollo came back out, they said that they did not do this and that they would charge to have this fixed. I feel like I have been totally used. In addition, they said that their $25 coupon did not count toward the first service call (I had presented it to the technician during the first service call) and said that it did not count toward their service plan. This company is horrible. I cannot recommend to anyone. I have never had such a negative experience in 15 years.

Since I wasn't home during the servicing there isn't much detail to go over but the one thing that sticks out in my mind is the good customer service I received when I called to set up both appointments. After the initial appointment they found a piece that needed to be replaced in addition to the air filter. This is a good company who I believe does a nice job but there is one point of improvement that sticks out in my mind from this experience. They had to come back a second time to replace the capacitor and filters but never called to confirm the job was complete. I arrived home that day to a receipt but I feel like it is always nice to have someone call and assure you everything turned out okay. Maybe I am being too harsh because they did this for the initial tune-up but thought I would mention it. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

They were really good. They keep coming back because we are on a twice a year service agreement. Each time I call, they seem concerned about making the customer happy. They seem very honest and are really nice.

The guys are professional. They always put on shoe coverings when they come in the house. They are very nice and explain things to me.

I called Apollo and spoke to a polite customer service representative. She asked a few questions and immediately sent a service "tech" to my store. The "tech" handed me his business card and asked to see the unit. I was completely impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Once he completed the work he discussed some future options and processed my payment on a small hand held computer. The print out from the computer listed my future options, recommendations, and a receipt. Needless to say, I was blow away by the simplicity of the process.
