I mistakenly let Apollo install this lemon for high energy efficiency, and have never gotten either efficiency or good service. Finally I have now given up and gotten Rusk to service the boiler; they noticed that Apollo never replaced the gaskets, and other flaws. Their motto should be: Apollo Home Nightmare!

Tech was punctual, followed CDC guidelines regarding distancing and mask wearing, thorough, took the time to answer all my inquiries, wore shoe coverings when entering the house,

Danny Burns of Apollo Home conducted a yearly plumbing inspection and thankfully found no major problems. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and did recommend several small repairs, some of which I will have done in the near future. Danny was very polite and personable and is a great asset to Apollo Home. I have used Apollo several times in the past and the always provide top notch service!

The scheduling was easy and the expected charge was revealed at that time. The serviceman (Josh) called in advance and arrived exactly on time. He was completely COVID compliant, we never had to ask, and never felt at risk. He was very neat, friendly and knowledgeable, and did a quick and efficient job. He asked if we had questions as he was working (we did) he answered them fully and explained everything completely. He cleaned up anything that he had moved and left everything tidy. Very neat job. There were no surprise charges. I'm a very happy customer!

One Stop Shopping! I cannot say enough good things about this company, from exemplary customer service to exceptional skilled craftsman. I was converting to an Energy Efficient Water Heater, therefore, needed an additional outlet (due to the vicinity of the heater). With the other estimates I received for the water heater, I had to find an electrician myself. With Apollo, they coordinated the timing of the electrician and water heater installation and all was done on the same day! Note that they were comparable in price to the other estimates. And, of course while an electrician was here, had a light fixture and dimmer switch installed. He was thorough in checking all the connections, etc. The communication whether in person, phone, email or text was informative, complete, respectful and pleasant. And a best practice they have is sending you a picture of the employee before they arrive at your home! What a great safety measure! The Care Plan they offer is at a great price. Cody arrived first thing in the morning and worked non-stop to install all of the equipment. He kept me updated on exactly what he was doing and fully explained how to use and maintain the new unit. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, and cleaned up the area before leaving.
