We have had our furnace inspected by several different HVAC companies and this was by far the most thorough inspection ever. A couple of other companies had recommended a new furnace but with it being only 14 years old my husband and I did not believe that. Lance from Apollo confirmed that we do not currently need a new furnace and that ours is in great shape. They other guys just wanted to sell us a new furnace. We will not use anyone else in the future because Apollo is honest, prompt and professional and I don't know what else matters.

He came out and was nice and punctual. He told me I needed a plumber but he checked all of my toilets. I signed up for an annual agreement because he said it would be cheaper. I still had the issue so I called to complain. They sent a senior technician who mainly fixed the problem. I called them when my back up sump pump went out and they installed a new one. Every time they would come out they would tell me my water was hard that would eat through my pipes and that I had gas leaks. They are overpriced and they are always trying to sell you. They are not trustworthy and do not make it clear what is or is not necessary. They are punctual and prompt in terms of scheduling. They are very nice but do not usually fix the problem.

Called Apollo as my a/c unit was not working over the weekend. The technician arrived on time as promised and found that the cause of a/c unit not working was burned wire that is connected to compressor. He quickly replaced the burned wire and a/c started working. Everything was good/excellent except the price. The diagnostic fee was $79.00 and so they charged $102 for changing burned. Little pricey for me.

The service man was friendly and professional. The installation is OK but the pricing is too high for the job. We were in a rush but learned our lesson.

Our main water line into the house had busted. We called them at 7 in the evening and they had someone at our house at 9pm. The repair could not be done that night. Ron gave us an estimate and we considered it that night. We had the company out this year to replace the heat and air units and we were happy with the work so we decided to use them again. When they called at 8 am the next morning to see if we wanted the job done and to schedule I was pleasantly surprised. This was a Friday and we scheduled for Monday. This was the only problem I had, they called back to say they could not do the job on Monday because they needed time to get the permits and rental equipment for the excavation. We rescheduled for Tuesday (my husband managed to switch his days off for the second time.) They showed up that morning asked again if we wanted to keep the bush that was in the way, we told them no to go ahead and remove it. As they worked they showed my husband what they were doing and why. they had to dig pretty deep to put the line under the footers, as the line they were replacing had been put through the foundation. They repaired the hole with a concrete patch. When the job was done the inspector came out and told the 2 plumbers that there were 2 new codes in our county that they had not meet. This required more parts and labor. They did not have the parts in the truck so one of the guys went to get the parts while the other guy prepped for the new work. At the end of the day this company did not charge us for the extra work. They told us that they should have known about the codes and had it in the original estimate. I was very relieved about that. They cleaned up everything and were very professional the entire time. The work was completed in a day with very few snags. I will absolutely call them in the future for all of our plumbing, heating and air work.

They have one employee come out to service the air conditioner. It's only about 45 minutes to an hour to complete the check up.?Once?I had them come out?to do?emergency furnace service when I first moved in. They showed me it was broken and unable to be repaired. However by the end of the next?day I had a new furnace. That's why I like them I can count on them. They even call me to tell me when there are delays with scheduling.

The installers arrived promptly, introduced themselves and got right to work. They worked literally all day until the job was done, then cleaned up any mess they made, explained the new systems and what would need to be done to maintain our new systems. They were extremely careful while working in our home, used shoe covers to protect our carpets and floors, which we greatly appreciated! After the installers left our home, two technicians showed up to review the systems and to make sure everything was working properly. Our sales representative has been outstanding. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our new systems, completed warranties and any rebates and was on site to check in while the systems were being installed. We have had an issue with getting enough air to our second floor due to the size of our house and one system, but Apollo has been very good about returning to make adjustments and all 3 levels more comfortable, and promised to keep returning to adjust until we are satisfied. This company works hard to keep their customers satisfied and that is such a wonderful attitude for any business today. Something else I found impressive about Apollo was how much their employees enjoy working for this company, so nice to see, this was very obvious in their attitudes while working in our home and towards us the customers.

It took 3 people to come out to get it fixed which gave me some concerns. The third technician did a great job.

They came late. My husband waited all day. when the tech got there he said he did not have time to fix anything at this time and had to get to another job. He gave a between $700-$800 estimate to replace an outside spout and unclog a bathroom sink drain. We were shocked. His tone was not good and we did not expect that price. We went to another contracter and the parts were $80.00 and his time was less than $100.00. We would not use nor recommend Apollo.

Install of new Heating and cooling.. Whole system put in winter of 2013 and AC was finished in April due to need for warmer temps. The products they use show top quality. I think I could have got a better price from others, but I've had the experience of HVAC companies not lasting. So I went with Apollo because they've been around a long time and I had used them before about 25 years ago. They are family owned and I like that better than the ones that are sold to national groups.

They came to check up on the air conditioning. They were on time and did the work well. We will continue to use them.

Bryan P. came to our home and repaired our Goodman air conditioner. He was on-time and called us when he was on his way. He explained everything very thoroughly and went above and beyond to go get additional parts when he identified a secondary issue. Issue was repaired promptly. He was very professional. I did not include a price rating, as we did not get any other estimates and I am not sure how the price we were charged compares. But, Apollo did help us by taking care of finding out the details of our warranty from the AC manufacturer. We will use Apollo again.

We have used Apollo for many years now. Today our service technician was Chad Monger. Everything went great. We were able to book our appointment quickly, and got a time that fit into our schedule. Chad was on time and completed with work quickly and professionally. We would be pleased to have Chad work on our heating and air conditioning system in the future. We have used Apollo for some time with no problems. We would quickly recommend them to anyone else.

They have been to my house for the same issue multiple times. After over $1000 in new parts the furnace still doesn't work.

We weren't that impressed with the quality of the service we received. Our technician was very friendly but told us our unit needed a major repair that another company came in an fixed for $75.

We were told we needed approximately $4000 in repairs on our units. We were still under our home warranty contract. Called them and they sent out a technician. He completely checked out both units and could find nothing wrong with either unit.

It turned out okay. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal price. The service was pretty good. The only thing that I did not like was when they kind of pushed a big machine into my house and it made scratch marks on my hardwood floor but other than that, I did not have any other issues with the service.

I am pretty sure that I came across Apollo Heating Cooling & Plumbing through Angie's List. The estimate they gave me was free. I got a free estimate from them. This was the first time I was using the company. I would say everything is good about them. Everything except one, their pricing is very high. They had AC but they were too high. I had an opportunity to use them again. I got some pricing form them for plumbing and I can get somebody else just as good to do it for half the price. They are just high.

Our house is old and it uses a radiator system which means you can't do typical central air so there are only certain companies that do this sort of thing. That is why we called them because we saw through their ads that they specialized in heating and cooling of older houses. We had no duct system because we don't have regular heat, so they had to install special PVC like piping through the walls and they had to do it to the floors and figure a way to do it to all the bedrooms. We don't have air conditioning on the first floor because we have a big window unit and we would eventually like to get it but it is so expensive that we can't do it yet. We liked the price and everything about it. Initially they gave us a price that was way above our price range but then came back in the winter time and cut the price in half. The work was done quickly and the workers were super nice to work with. I like that they come back for service calls. What I liked about them is that they got it done. They came in each day, worked a full day and there were no delays or stalling or days were nobody showed up. They came, worked all day and left. It was quite an undertaking and it was done great. The system has made all the difference in our house especially in the sleeping quarters. I would highly recommend this company to anybody especially those with older houses.

Overall, the installation went very well. The two technicians during the install were very knowledgeable and professional. They completed all work the same day. The salesperson Dave was very responsive and professional. The only hiccup was that the furnace went out on a Friday and they were not able to schedule until Monday. However, they did provide free space heaters to use for the weekend. I can always count on Apollo to install and complete a project quickly and professionally.

I was happy with their service. They were prompt and punctual. The staff was very nice.

As usual, they did a great job?.came when they said they would, and completed the work successfully. To reach the leaking pipes, they had to cut thru several walls and the first floor ceiling. Not only did they do a thorough job, but were as conscientious as possible about the mess they were making. My house is well over 100 years old, so the amount of collected debris in and around the pipes was enormous. I truly appreciated the care they took to keep things as efficient and cleaned up as possible thru the entire process. Apollo has always been extremely responsive and have done excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Apollo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provided an estimate to replace the main waste line from house to septic system. This work required approval from the county's health department. Contractors must be bonded to do this work. We learned after 10 days that Apollo was not bonded and was attempting to get bonded with the county. They offered to put us up in a hotel but we elected to use a contractor who was already approved since we had been without plumbing for so long. This actually worked out for the best, as the contractor who did the work was already bonded, was very responsive, started the next day and completed it for a third of the cost.

Initially came in for an air conditioning check up. The system needed some new parts so he replaced them. Then he also suggested some services that I did not need and they were quite expensive. At that time he also noticed that my water heater was leaking. He arranged for one of their plumbers to come by the next day for a quote. The quote seemed high, but I was in a bind, so I said ok. Well he came back the next day and it took him over 6 hours to replace my water heater. To me that was not acceptable. Next this past month they did a heating check. Of course they found some other things that "were needed". This included a whole house air filtration system and a new humidifier. Their prices were qutite high!!!!. In fact the humidiifer they were trying to sell me was $250 higher than the same model from another well respected installer. Seems like they use the car dealer trick of luring you in with a cheap price on a oil change and then finding other things wrong that will cost you alot of money

Went very well, would definitely recommend them.
