The technician was very thorough and pointed out a couple issues we were not aware of.

I have a monthly contract. The cost of the service agreement is about $30 a month (and it covers the seasonal checkups). They are all professional and I get a different worker each time, but they are all very well trained and very courteous. My interaction with them was very good. The work turned out excellent. I have never found them to do anything wrong.

Very quick response. However the tech found it necessary to disconnect the gas water heater to install the new furnace and was then unable to restart it. Had to buy a new water heater which I was charged $1800. Furnace and AC total cost was $7200.

I had used Apollo before for some minor work with installation of a new washing machine outlet, and they were expensive then too ($277.00), but I was pleased with the service so I had them back again. I had no idea it would cost over a thousand dollars to have my kitchen work done. Because of the trip charge of $79, which I already had to pay, and not knowing what another company would charge to do the work, I ended up going with them, despite their high estimate. When it was all said and done, the kitchen work cost $1,407.85, which I would say is exorbitant. On top of that, there work was substandard, and I ended up having to have them come out twice after they were done, because: A) They had not reconnected the stove properly, and there was a gas leak. Although they are a 24-hour company, they would not come out until the next day, when called about the gas leak. B) They did not connect the dishwasher supply lines correctly, and the dishwasher would not function, despite several attempts to run it. On their trip out for the dishwasher, they gave up and said that it was an appliance issue that they could not resolve, even though the dishwasher functioned perfectly well and was used daily before they had worked on the lines. I then had A1 Appliance out to resolve the dishwasher issue. There service was excellent, and they were able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. They said it was just air in the line, and they charged me only the trip charge, which was $90.90. I called Apollo to complain about their incompetence, but instead they tried to turn it around on me and told me that if it was just air in the line, I should have just tried to run it some more, even though their own techs who install these lines could not resolve this issue. I asked for a reimbursement for the trip charge that A1 had charged to resolve Apollo's shoddy work. After all, I had spent nearly $2,000 with their company that year. I never received a call back.

I use Apollo Home for my heating and air service. They were out here in January of 2017. When they add all these services ,they call it Apollo Home. I have a heating plan with them. I didn't pay anything that day. I mean there pricing is high but they're worth it.

They sent someone out on Christmas Eve, then the work was done a week after. Took one day to complete. I also received a rebate check for $400 about two weeks later. They did a nice job.

I was in the hospital but my wife was here when all that was done. She didn't have anything bad to say about them. Everything is working fine. I'm pleased.

Excellent work. Price way out of line. Do not buy their service contract, or whatever they call it. People just come buy and try to sell you more at their high prices.

It all went well and the bathtub drain works well now. The cost was a bit more than I thought it should have been.

while I appreciate their prompt service, I was quoted a price of 317.00 It was more than I was prepared to pay but I said ok because I needed my kitchen sink and was about to leave town for a week. About an hour later, the work was done, I signed a computer screen, the service tech left and I was emailed a receipt. The receipt showed a charge of 347.00 I felt I was overcharged to begin with, he was barely there an hour. At no time was I ever told I had to pay more. They offered me 40.00 of coupons toward my next service, which I refused-all I wanted was the 30.00 overcharge refunded. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. I am a trained health professional- I went into the wrong business if plumbing companies charge over 300.00 an hour.

Very poorly. I've been appalled at the lack of accountability and professionalism at this company.

Everything went smoothly and they were very fast, however the cost was high.

We had Apollo Home do a service call to clear a clogged drain in our home. The repairman spent 45 minutes in our home and charged us $284 to clear the drain - including the $79 service charge. IMO, this is a ridiculous charge for a simple repair. I've used other drain cleaning services in the past and don't feel I was as over-charged as I was here. Next time I want to abuse my credit card I'll just call a full service plumber instead of this "specialist". It will probably be cheaper.

The repairman was very nice but we thought the charge for installing a faucet was really high. We had purchased the faucet so it was ready to install. My husband felt bad about not getting it done since he was here but was shocked about the fee. Total bill was $491.62. $300.00 for faucet and my husband helped

We had a flood on our street and the Friday before labor day, we had massive rain storm water. My neighbor's across the street had 4 feet of water in their basement that was how intense the rain was. A couple of months after that, maybe Novemberish, my sewer backed up pretty bad and I had to have them come out and draw out the line. It was backed up and somebody came and drilled it out and did a very nice job of cleaning up because it was really horrendous in there which was very nice of them. Unfortunately it backed up again some time after that and they had to come back a second time. There were roots in sewer line and they didn't get all of them the first time which I don't believe was their fault, I think it's the nature, the way those things work. They came back a second time and finished the job and I haven't had a problem since. I was really aggravated that I had to call them a second time. Honestly, when the sewer backs up, you know what backs up is not pleasant and he did a really nice job of cleaning that up for me and I just loved the second guy.

I have had one hell of a time with Apollo. The air conditioner they installed has gone out twice. the first time it took them two weeks to replace the relay part and they understood that it would go bad ahead of time. They were given advanced notice that these things can go out. It was my feeling that they should have stopped a few so that people wouldn't have to wait for the manufacturer to send replacements. So during those high 90 degree weather days where it felt more like a 104 I had no air conditioning, so I was not happy. They seem to feel like they are doing me a favor where I pay for a care plan and, I'm doing them the favor keeping them on even though I'm really dissatisfied with what's going on. All they do is apologize and apologies, Oh I'm so sorry were doing the best we can, that's not adequate. I'm very, very, very, very, very upset. In August when the initial relay went out and that's when I had to wait two weeks which was ridiculous, they promised me that they would have it the next day and they lied. they knew it wasn't coming in they lied just to get me off their case. I've had more than two bad reviews that I've submitted to Angie's list regarding their service. I feel in the last two and a half years that their service has become more of a money based, greedy philosophy than customer service. They don't care how they get your money, they just wanna get your money and they feel that offering apologies is gonna be sufficient, and it isn't. A person gets really tired of oh we're doing the best we can, we're really sorry for your inconvenience, it gets old.

Apollo said they do not charge extra for weekend repairs. However, knowing that the capacitor was blown before I called them, I fully expected to pay about $200 or 250 for this repair. Even though it is a $15 part and takes 10 minutes- the electrical supply store was closed on Sunday and I had no choice. Apollo quoted me $330 to make the repair and I declined, since this is effectively charging a weekend fee when they denied doing such on phone. The next day I bought part for $15 and replaced it in 10 minutes myself by watching a how-to video. The Apollo repairman said, " you know you can't but that part on a Sunday since electrical supply stores are closed". I knew that, otherwise I would not have called them.

He explained everything really well.

Technician was friendly and professional. He checked for closed dampers but found none. I don't know how that would have changed anyway. He gave me some suggestions on how to help with the temperature in spite of the low airflow from the affected vents. They apparently do not have a camera snake to check the ducts for breaks and disconnects. I out the cost of a service call but the problem still exists.

The office said they were broke and needed my money. Very unfortunately I talked another neighbor into going with this Apollo Heating and Air Conditioner company- after Apollo installed their system it failed to cool. Do not do business with this company!!

I called late morning, and they were able to have someone come to my house that afternoon. Technician quickly diagnosed problem and was able to fix issue within the hour.

Fixed a few things for free and said it was nothing major and wrote down for us what might go wrong in the future. We also worked with them for plumbing as well. They were on time, very polite and professional. I can not recommend them highly enough.
