Tony with Apollo was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked my furnace and did it's annual tune-up, finding no problems. He also checked my A/C because of the loud sound it was making at start-up and found no problems. He gave me a quote on adding a compressor saver hard start kit added and I'm going to think about it. I've used Apollo for over 15 years and they are always reliable and knowledgeable.

Very professional. The Apollo crew arrived promptly at 7am and Dustin the technician got to work and finished installing my new furnace by 2pm. He explained the workings of the furnace and explained the newly installed thermostat. The work was quality and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Apollo and will continue to use them in the future.

Our kids were sick over the weekend when our AC went out Sunday afternoon. The high that day was pushing 90 degrees so our house was warming up fast. Our Apollo technician (Corey) arrived shorty after we called and he was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the issue ad replaced the fuse in under five minutes. He was professional, courteous, and personable. Our kids loved him and were shouting "goodbye Mr. Corey" from our front steps as he was leaving. He is an asset to Apollo and is one of the reasons we have an annual contract. Would highly recommend.

It was excellent. He had large knowledge of the subject, explained things clearly, answered my many questions. A real pro. My daughter was hooked into the conversation via FaceTime, in another city, and she also was impressed and pleased. They are installing the furnace I chose today.

It went great. This is the third time in two years that the sewer has backed up into our basement. The first time, Apollo wanted over $2,000 to jet the line, so we went with a competitor that charged us only $1,200. However, this company was closed for the night, so we shopped around and found that Apollo would clear any drain for $99, plus could offer us emergency service or the first appointment of the next morning. Due to the high emergency service fee, we chose the latter. The plumber arrived at 9:00 and make short work of getting the water flowing again. However, Apollo also set a second, complimentary appointment with us that day, for another plumber to run a camera down the sewer line. The camera revealed what we already knew: the roots were back with a vengeance. He then quoted us $1,250 to jet the drain—a far cry from their old prices—and encouraged us to set an appointment. Apollo then gave us a Saturday morning(!) appointment for no extra charge. The next step is rebuilding the entire sewer line with a cured liner that will keep the roots out for good. This is obviously quite expensive, but only about 60% of what they quoted us, two years ago—plus, they’ll credit back half the cost of the jetting, which is no small concession. The manufacturer promises the liner will hold up for 50 years, and Apollo guarantees both parts and labor for ten. Rather than spend at least $1,250 every year or two, ad infinitum, and never really solve the problem, we’ve elected to secure financing and fix it once and for all. I’ll review again in a few weeks, after the final work is completed.

The Apollo office kept us informed of the technician's scheduled appointment time as well as an email with his name and background. Alex arrived on-time and performed the inspection efficiently. He explained the status of our system for winter, and replaced batteries in a controller/thermostat. Very pleasant and easy to have in the house.

Max was the plumber who was assigned to the call. Prior to his arrival I received a text message from Apollo providing a picture and some biographical information, as well as a link to tracking software that enabled me to track his progress to my home in real-time. He was extremely professional and thorough as he checked all plumbing fixtures and connections in the house, as well as all water shut off valves, and the water heater. Along the way he pointed out a few areas that needed attention. Max also checked the outside bibs and water pressure. We discussed the need for repairs and I authorized them (2 toilet supply lines, 2 flush valves). He proceeded to replace the old rubber washing machine hoses with stainless steel braided hoses, as well as 2 old toilet water supply lines with stainless steel braided hoses. He also replaced various parts in 2 toilet tanks, fixed one toilet that "rocked" and caulked it. In addition, he noted a small leak under the kitchen sink and repaired it without need for any replacement parts. I was extremely pleased with Max's professional and thorough plumbing evaluation and in the efficiency of the repairs, and would recommend Apollo for your plumbing needs.

Michael did great. he was on time, ready to work, described what he was doing and what he found. After opening the two pipes, he did a long water test just to be sure it was running well.

The entire team that worked with us at Apollo was top notch. I called to get an estimate and Micah came out and spent more time discussing what would be done than any other HVAC salesperson. When he arrived, I handed him our house floorplans and he already had them. He was very prepared. Our team of Jon, Mike, and Dustin were very professional, courteous and efficient. Our 40 year old furnace was replaced and central air conditioning installed all in one day. They spent almost 12 hours to get the job finished including running additional ductwork to a room without a vent and updating electric to handle the additional HVAC . Micah explained all of the costs, so there were no surprises. He arrived with all of the permits the day of service, checked on the crew and returned later in the day to check their progress. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

We went through several companies because they come and go with the wind. Several of the people ended up working at Apollo. They have a really great program. The best qualities are punctuality, professionalism and price.

Service was great! Service man was punctual and I got a text alert and phone call when he was in route to my home. He also signed us up for a plan in which they come out to serice our furnace in the early fall to avoid issues in the winter. It was a great deal and very convenient.

They come in at least twice a year. We have a contract with them. They usually send one person and they don't make a mess.

Performed an assessment of my situation and recommended I replace my water heater, which would include fixing the damaged PVC. I was not comfortable with the price quoted and told the service technician before making such an investment I would need to get 1-2 more quotes. Agreed on the reduced scope of work which was to repair / replace the PVC. Upon completion of that work and while signing the final paperwork the piping near the repaired PVC burst and water was spewing into the basement. Could not determine if initial repair caused or contributed to eventual bursting. Agreed at that point to purchase new water heater. They did give me credit for the work performed on the repair which was expected but nice that I did not have to fight for it. Technician worked hard to get water heater installed before family arrived. He was professional and courteous throughout. Still don't know if they contributed to pipe bursting but neither here nor there because water heater did need replacement.

Not well at all. This company has an interesting, complex and frustrating business model. I called and discussed that I had an emergency repair required for a tenant, gave them my credit card number, asked that they not call me back, but do the repair. I travel, and teach classes,and can be hard to reach. I cannot pickup the phone whenever they want me to. So.. They went right out, but tried to call me back to offer me 3 levels of service. Their goal was to upsell me by offering to replace all pipes, sink, disposal, etc. None of which were "broken" or an "emergency". They could not reach me, of course, so left without doing any of the emergency repairs. There is a $60 charge just for the bid. Then back and forth, trying to get it set up again to fix the broken pipe. I cannot believe how much time and hassle this has taken. They were nice, even when I wasn't due to extreme frustration. Regardless, Apollo's business model does NOT work for busy landlords and tenants. They seem to disregard common sense and just follow their business plan.

Brandon R, just left the house after scoping the pipe. Brandon was very professional and very understanding of our situation. He concluded that the cause of the soft clog was a belly in the pipe and after listening to the future of the home suggested against a $16,000 fix (deep pipe and a long stretch). Instead, he recommended some ways to properly maintain the sewer line and keep things flushing smoothly. All in all, I continue to be impressed by all technicians associated with this company. They are truly a pleasure to work with when "it hits the fan".
