I wish I had asked for the Angi 5% discount. During a water heater check, Apollo recommended several purchases. When I indicated the estimate was high, the agent said nothing. The city inspector, after seeing the unit and the invoice, suggested I should have gotten 3 estimates, indicating to me he had seen better deals on comparable equipment. When I asked for a discount, the response was delayed over time and then rejected.

Bill, from Apollo, is always professional and has been knowledgeable in his work. He always friendly and considerate with us and makes sure we understand what he has to do, and what our options maybe.

Henry arrived promptly and listened to my observations and appeared to know what the problem was. He went to the unit, opened it up and found a wire which had come off of the condenser on the compressor. He reattached the wire and the compressor started running. There has not been any further problem.

The gentlemen that worked on our unit was very professional as well as polite. I would definitely recommend this companies service.

Ryan came out, performed the requested service as well as answering questions and guidance on improvements we wanted to make. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. We had him install an air purifying system and several other smaller items to keep our system running well. We will request him for our next service.

He did a great job we have no complaints. He came in friendly and professional and was pretty quick and he fixed our water heater which had a flue problem and he fixed our problem.

They scheduled me within 2 days of calling. He was early and that was fine with me. Company called and text he was on the way 40 minutes prior. Work quality was very good. He had a sales pitch to sell me a maintenance program. I’ll think about that. I think his pricing was very high. I paid $926 for installation of 2 faucets that I had already purchased. I think that is too much.

Removal of the old unit and installation of the new one was quick and done well. I thought the service was very good and professional. The only thing I didn’t like is that it looks like Apollo puts an up charge on the disposal units. I went to lowes and bought a 3/4 Insinkerator at a much lower price. Then had Apollo come out to install it.

Ernie did an outstanding job. This was a big job and they worked hard to get it done. It looks amazing and you can see the professionalism in their work. I feel at ease with knowing it was done right and I won't have to worry about it. Thank you all so much!

It was wonderful! I really appreciate the way Joe explains things. I know nothing about electricity, but I like to learn at least a little bit to understand some of the issues. He shares information in a way that is accessible, and that makes sense to a non-electrician. He is very polite, has a sense of humor, and is very kind. And, in this difficult covid times, he wears a mask, and follows covid protocols. This was a follow up, as we had work done in December. The work done was great, but the flickering source still remained a mystery. But, with his knowledge and persistence, he identified the issue today and fixed the problem.

Fine estimate was good will call when they can return to complete work

Had previously used Apollo Home to excellently install a new front porch light fixture that I was unable to do myself. Now I had a basement sewer line backup. Jacob completed a very reasonably priced sewer line clean out but recommended they perform a camera inspection of the line, suspecting tree roots entering the clay pipe joints (1950's home construction), which were probably clogging the line. He scheduled the camera inspection for the next day. Josh did this today, with me watching. Yes, there were significant tree roots which had entered the line close to the house. He explained everything very clearly and my options. We selected having them grind and flush the roots from inside the pipe, scheduled for next be week. Top to bottom, excellent service has been provided for very good value.

The electrician, Marcus, was able to install my new porch light fixture professionally in 15-20 minutes, after I had decided that I was not able to do it myself. I was very pleased with his work.

2 weeks ago an Apollo tech came out to quote for installing a wireless thermostat and control box. The 2nd week, despite them knowing what needed to be done, they sent a tech who, when he got here, did not know how to install one. That meant dragging out til after Thanksgiving to the third week. This time, I was given a window of 2-5pm. I got a text at 3.45 from the office to say he would be in the latter part of that window (which it already was). Despite this, I got a call from the office to say he was delayed and would not be here. There ae more than enough of these companies out there that one should not have to put up with untrained techs and a total lack of caring about customer service. I will NEVER use this worthless company again and nor will anyone who asks me for recommendations - mine is simple, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH APOLLO, they are lacking basic knowledge and could not care less about customer satisfaction or service.

It was terrible! Do not let Dan Guentz in your home. I called to have 4 dripping faucets fixed. Expecting a service charge of $79 plus parts & additional time. Dan was totally focused on up selling me things that weren't needed or requested. He had no intention of fixing my faucets! Kept telling me the faucets and pipes needed to be replaced and would not stop talking about a need to replace my hot water heater. Faucet repair quote was $1071 and hot water replaced quote was $3675. He must of thought I was ignorant. My home is only 15 years old and I own a car wash. I am very familiar with repair cost and parts, The only reason I called Apollo was because I am getting ready for a hip replacement and can't get under the bathroom cabinets. I ended up calling another local plumbing company who fixed everything for a total of $110!! They laughed when I told my story and said Apollo Home is known for pressure up selling. They did refund my $79. After Dan's ridiculous behavior and quotes I threw him out of my house and slammed my front door!!! Please be careful with Apollo Home. If you are elderly or not sure about the problem you have "get a second opinion". Be prepared for a fast talker selling you something that you don't need. They are preying on elderly and people who are naive about what really needs to be fixed at a fair price!!!
