Good, AC did not work when we turned it on. The connector did not connect, it was stuck open. A little juice & work with the connector cause it was froze up from not being used over the last 6 months. Apollo got it working again. Apollo showed up within 2 hours after making the call for help.

The salesperson, Jamie, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a through inspection and provided me with multiple options to fit my budget. Rick, the installer, was punctual and professional. He did an excellent job installing everything. He gave me an explanation of the work that was done that I could understand. I will use Apollo again for my heating and cooling needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Tune-up went fine. Very professional service as always. Very clear explanations. Corey was very patient and thorough. Only issue is with Apollo's charges for new replacement equipment which is significantly higher than competitors. But the service is outstanding and we have been platinum level customers for 18 years and continue to maintain the relationship.

Tune up was unable to be completed due to issues identified by Apollo Tech which requires company who installed it to come out to diagnose and make potential repairs

Excellent. I am always pleased with Apollo's work. Rob has been our service technician before and always has done fine work while taking care to leave everything clean and tidy. I recommend Apollo to anyone needing work on Heating or Air Conditioning systems. I should note that I have chosen to have an annual contract with them.

Tony Doyle did a great job cleaning the entire HVAC system. Our home was built during the winter months and the HVAC was run without a filter for the workers during that time. In addition, we needed to replace the Capacitor. Even though the house and the HVAC are only 6 years old, this is the first time that we had the HVAC cleaned. (We had the Air Ducts cleaned by another company.) There is no doubt that the amount of construction debris stressed the system. (We really should have had all of this done right after we closed.) Tony was very prompt. He was also very professional and knowledgeable about completing all of the requested tasks. When he was finished, all of the areas where he worked were cleaned up as if he had not been there. We highly recommend Tony and Apollo. The fact that we have subscribed to their Care Plan says that we liked the service that we received and want to continue with Apollo to take care of our HVAC system.

As part of Apollo's plan for their Heating and AC the Electrical and plumbing evaluations were offered. Since this is a house new to us, we took advantage of this inspection, especially since we had had some issues with the electricity for the washing machine- from the inspection, this turned out to be the need for a new GFC. We also needed our electric smoke detectors replaced. This was a great chance to have our system evaluated and a great learning experience for our new home. liam was punctual, polite and very personable. He explained everything, was not pushy and cleaned up after the job Would hire him again!

Perfect. Service technician Bill Quigley of Apollo is the best. He has done trouble shooting of our furnace in the past and was the only technician who could find the problem. He is the only technician we allow to work on our heating and air conditioning units.

I was amazed. It was quoted as 12 - 16 hours. Three qualified guys were sent and the job was done on one day. Also I did not have to be present during all the work. The difference in having the work done correctly the first time was immediately realized, when appliances and electronics had a stable electric supply. I have had other electrical work done over the years and either it took months (for less of a project) or I had others fix the work done. Super professional company.

Not good They installed a defective product which so far has required three service calls in the first 19 days. Each time their technician informed me that the product they installed was a defective product.

Smooth experience from initial estimate and explanation of work/expectation setting to completion of work

I had a leak in my basement on a Saturday night. Called Rotor-Router and they seem to care less and could not give me a time. Then a restoration person called from their company. I just needed to stop the flooding first. WTH? Called Apollo and they came out in an hour. Danny Mayo was professional, smart and kind. Would call them again. Never would I call Rotor-Router again.

Danny was professional, efficient, and thorough. Danny explained things as he went along.

Employee was courteous and efficient. Completed work and explained to me all that he'd done. Was able to pay the bill on the spot.

Jason did a great job. His work was excellent. I can't believe it's the same room.
