The work was done the same day as the initial service appointment. Technicians arrived on time. The job was more complex than might appear as the pipe came through the basement ceiling (finished) which necessitated cutting a small panel in the ceiling for access. We also opted to add a shut- off valve as a safety precaution. We will have an Apollo Handyman install an access panel where the ceiling section was removed to facilitate future repairs and also because it is a less costly option than a drywall repair (additional cost).

Fantastic! Gave me information on how to take care of the woodwork. Let me know what needs to be replaced and what I can keep. Fair price for replacement of worn wood stairs.

Great! Arrived as scheduled, courtesy call 30 minutes prior to inform me he was on the way. Did good work and finished tune up in about an hour.

The agent reviewed thoroughly my needs and wants, looked over the existing physical systems and then recommended several options that would meet the requirements. He took plenty of time to explain what he was offering and answer my questions. A good experience.

Frank was extremely knowledgeable. He explained what was necessary and gave me options and pricing for additional items such as surge protection but there was no pressure to do any work. I’m planning to have him return for some other areas he looked at while he was here. He was extremely professional. I would highly recommend using the service and Frank.

Very professional. Non frost type spigot replaced with company accessories. Repairs also to the indoor leaking pipe at the wall, and close to electric box. Had to use tape to prevent damage to the main electric wires. Tyler took his time and efficiently replace both spigot and pipe in about an hour, due to the close electric wires. Very happy to be using my Waterhouse again.

Our Apollo technician, Cody, was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He always spoke in easy to understand terms, explaining what he was doing, what he found and what he recommended. Cody never pushed a product or service, but rather offered a short term and long term plan. He was also very patient and kind to our highly inquisitive grandson. Cody is awesome!

Tech explained everything he was doing and then ask if I had any question. Was very polite and did a great job.

Rob and Bill Quigley have been our AC and boiler techs for several years and we couldn’t be happier. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe either one. They both have been great assets to Apollo. We were pleased to meet Tommy who was accompanying Rob. Seems like a fine addition to the Apollo staff. Quality of service performed by both Tyler and Danny was exceptional. I would and do highly recommend Apollo quality service.

It was determined too expensive and not 100% positive to change the thermostat to operate as requested.

Perfection! Would rehire in a second. Frank does a wonderful job, labeling each circuit on the panel for me and installing brand new covers as well. Price is more than reasonable for 3 GFC outlets. I can ask questions about the job and get complete and honest answers. Frank is in my favorite list for excellent work. Thanks!

Apollo had installed the way over the capacity system and took me to the cleaner when our AC quite the end of August 4 years ago and still trying to reach my wallet whenever they can. Excellent. Timely, efficient and friendly. The Apollo team always explains what they are doing and why. They explain what your problem is but never pressure you to buy new. They kept our 30-year old units running as long as possible!

They were prompt and the job took longer than expected, but they stayed until the job was done right. We appreciate everything they did.

No problems. Mike showed up when he said he would, worked quickly, provided the inspection and service as needed. This was an annual service provided by Apollo that includes inspection of HVAC, electricity, and plumbing. Seems well worth it to me!

The tech arrived as scheduled. He was familiar with our units because he had been here 2 mo ago servicing 2 A/C units. Excellent & reliably service that is worth every penny and more. I recommend Apollo for any/all heating, plumbing and A/C needs. Apollo is # 1 in customer service. The reps are well trained & and very cognizant about leaving a clean work space. They explain any issues & resolve any problems. How refreshing! Today was only furnace related however, we have enjoyed excellent service for plumbing , duct cleaning, and A/C issues too. I highly reccommend Apollo.

Blower motor on the old furnace died on a Saturday morning. They had somebody out there almost immediately to take a look. We got a new furnace installed Monday morning. Can't believe how quickly they were able to turn things around. If you need something done quickly, call these guys.

We had ceiling damage from a leaking toilet. Apollo also replaced our toilet in a prior visit. Both visits were good with work done in the specified time. Price was higher than a traditional handyman but we used Apollo for both due to the prior toilet/ceiling issue was caused by poor installation and fix of a prior much cheaper handyman. The Apollo handyman really did good work and completed all spackling/sanding due to having drying equipment to get the job done in one visit. I’ve had a lot of drywall patches done in the past and I think this is the best I’ve had. Price could be better but worthwhile for me to pay after having been burned by prior providers.
