Apollo was not only quick to respond to my request, they were able to be at my house within 3 hrs of my initial call. Marcus did a great job walking me through the work before he started, and his finished work at completion. Highly recommended.

As part of their care plan, this is a free AC tune-up. The technician did his work well and said all was in good condition but gave me a few things to keep in mind because it is an older system. I am satisfied!

I bought a years maintenance service when I had an outside faucet replaced. I’m not a fan of the subscription services, but I will try it. Apollo is professional and do a good job, so I’m happy so far.

Apollo tried to auger the drain but was unable to get past 25 feet. Apollo sent Josh with a camera (no extra cost), and I found out the pipe had caved in. I was pleased with the effort, knowledge, and professionalism even though the drain is still clogged.

Tyler called first and told me what time he would arrive. He was punctual and fixed the clog in a matter of seconds. He test flushed the toilet a few more times to make sure all was working properly. The price was reasonable and the work professionally performed.

Went well. I expected to install my 3rd gen Nest myself with no issues but when it didn’t power on and then my original thermostat didn’t power on either after troubleshooting I knew I needed help. Apollo diagnosed the issue in the furnace (over accelerated during my diy install), fixed it an installed the Nest. Probably could have done the Nest at that point myself after he fixed the power issue but didn’t want to take any more chances. Costly but peace of mind.

Frank showed up on time and got right to work. Ran into some challenges, but because he is knowledgeable, he was able to solve any problem that came up. Replaced and corrected the outlets needed. Would call again.

The crew that arrived on time was friendly and worked hard. However they were delayed due to the drilling machinery being very late in arriving to finish the job. The Apollo crew were at the mercy of the out sourced company requiring Apollo's people to stay late in order to finish the job. We were so grateful that they stayed on the job to get our water back on and the new hot water heater working. Big thanks to the Apollo crew!

Joe and Josh did a super thorough electrical review of all four levels in my home. They patiently explained their thoughts on a couple of issues they found and provided a detailed quote for each of their recommended fixes. I was very happy with the work they performed and have a quote for additional work to consider in the future.

The service persons I dealt with from Apollo were knowledgeable and friendly. I received 3 bids for the work to be done and Apollo was originally the highest, but met the price of the other company that I was interested in, for replacing the equivalent of my existing system. I went with them because I had been so impressed with their representatives that I had talked to first. I was very appreciative that they could come out so soon as the heat and humidity was pretty high. Everything went well for me until the final walk through when I realized that the unit would require monthly maintenance— cleaning the filter, and adding white vinegar. If I had known that, I would have used a different brand of unit.

Very well. Cleaned up everything and took old sink out. Very professional. Explained everything he was going to do. Apollo is a good company had them for my sewer also.

Corey was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and fixed the problem- a failed capacitor.

Josh checked electrical plugs, lights, and switch box for any malfunctions. He was thorough and efficient doing the inspection. In our case, he found nothing that even suggested a problem. The cost of the inspection is part of our service plan with Apollo.

The problem was diagnosed real fast and we were able to drain excess water from the cold air return. The technician was helpful and informative about what he was doing. He was also very clear about the repair and cost. Luckily there was no major repairs needed to the AC unit but just a cleaning and some towels to dry up any water on my laundry room floor. The unit is now back to full service and I won't miss a yearly tuneup with Apollo again!

Dillon Revells, the technician, arrived on time, was very thorough and knowledgeable as he examined both the air conditioner and the inside connections with the furnace. He stopped midway explaining what he had found so far and what he would be examining and checking for next. I was very impressed with him. Very. He knew the answers to all the environmental questions I had concerning the fluid inside the unit, and answered some of them before I could ask them. After he had finished and explained everything, and shown me some trouble spots where the unit was leaking and already beginning to freeze up, Dillon set up an appointment with a consultant from Apollo about purchasing a new unit. I am not surprised by this since my unit is over 20 years old and I had been advised to buy a new one for the past 2 years by other companies. I will talk with this Apollo person and get all the specific details and then also speak to two other companies and then make my final decision. I searched the web and got a coupon to receive the $59 tuneup A/C price from Apollo. I have done this coupon search for the past several years to get my A/C serviced. This time I felt like I struck gold because of the excellent service provided by the technician.

Brad did an excellent job and I would definitely have the Apollo team back in the future.

1) Liam and his co-worker, Mark, did a great job of replacing the 2 light fixtures. The builder grade light fixtures over the bathtub in the hall bathroom and over the shower in the master bathroom had a spring mechanism to hold them in place that broke in a house that is just 7 yrs. old. They were replaced with light fixtures that are now LED white light. (We were given the choice of yellow or bright, white.) They are flush mounted and the old ones were not completely flush. 2) During the construction of our home, which was completed in March 2012, the siding was placed over the hall bathroom fan vent. Unfortunately, the opening for the vent was never exposed. Additionally, the vent cover was not able to be freed from the siding. So, they were able to cut a hole next to it in the siding, move the 3" pipe, and install the cover. I had already arranged with Liam that we would supply the cover because we wanted to make sure that it had the grating to keep the Starlings out. (They are notorious in this neighborhood for getting into every cavity that they can.) We are very pleased with all of the work that was completed and highly recommend Liam and Mark.
