Excellent experience throughout. The work done was very professional, on-time, and cleaned up any mess made. From all indications the quality of workmanship is supurb! Our job had every service line Apollo offers (HVAC, Electrical, Pumbing, and Handyman Services). I can say all knew what they were doing and I would not hesitate to recommend Apollo for any.

Perfect! Neal was so professional and did such a great job. Our cathedral ceilings are very high and the angle the wires were very tricky to get to but Neal did a wonderful job and was able to help us! We highly recommend Apollo home!!

Did the best he could. We have an issue with a pipe that may be damaged. He set up to have a camera brought out to find the problem. Made sure appointment was set before he left. Explained everything to my satisfaction. Very professional. No complaints at all. Thank you for a well done job.

My furnace worked but was only reaching 10-15 degrees F' below the thermostat setting. The problem was difficult to diagnose. I had two different technicians come on two different days. The second technician spent nearly the whole work day assessing every part of the furnace. He conferred with the manufacturer and dtermined the problem. I'm now warm and happy. Both technicians were very professional and respectful. I even purchased their ongoing maintenance plan.

It’s been a rough season for us. First our furnace died and after the run around from another company we called Apollo Jaime and Frankie had us up and running with a new furnace in two days. Then our sewer backed up and we needed major work. Tyler, Josh, and Evan are doing a great job fixing our pipes. They are professional, timely and knowledgeable. We have nothing but praises about this company and their people.

Fantastic! During cookie baking, my sink stopped up. I tried drain cleaner and boiling water, but it didn’t work fully. After watching videos online, I attempted to remove just the trap, but the pipe disconnected from the sink. Tez was very professional, explaining what he was doing and providing options. He showed me what was happening in the kitchen branch drain line and what had caused the blockage. He was able to replace the broken connector under the sink and reconnect everything. During the final inspection, there was a leak under the sink (different part of pipe), which he was able to simply tighten. The drain clean out in the basement was cracked to start with. When it starting leaking, Tez was working to seal it, but when I asked how much time and cost it would be to replace it, he provided estimates that were more than acceptable. I opted to have that done as well. Tez was also able to provide me with a quick quote for the full drain cleaning of that branch line. (I was able to see on the inspection camera how much debris is still in the line, although it is now working again.). I will definitely hire Apollo Home again!

Tyler showed up as promised. He was personable, knowledgable and had the job (clearing a laundry tub drain) done in no time. He offered some good advice and told me of some other services that Apollo offers, but he was not pushy at all. A very good experience and i would be happy t have him back if ever needed.

Robbie was good and did great work. But parts were only $80 online and work only took 2 hours. Even figuring an hour for travel time it was still over $200 an hour. But had to pay as we had the leak. Other than the cost it was a pleasurable experience. Nice people, responsive and did quality work. Not sure how much better I could have done if I had time to shop around. So said I would hire again. But only in an emergency. Given tine I would shop around for a lower price.

price Apollo charged was outrageous; however, the plumber sent was great! Very experienced and knowledgeable!!

Neil debugged the problem very efficiently, and we had the fireplace working for the first time in many years.
